I would prefer that the "same day offer" be extended, say 2-3 days as to not feeled pressured or put on the spot to make a quick decision. The cost is considerable and should be allowed more time to make your decision. I feel as well that a follow up by the representative agent would go a long way. Encouraged, invited to reach out with questions anytime, but never did hear back.
Found that to be a disappointment.
The installation went well with clean up and instructions on use of windows. Estimated installation time was off...should say longer and then if shorter, it's a bonus. The installers were very professional and respectful.

Window Nation has somehow made it FuN to spend money, lol. The commiunation with the salesman, Steve and customer service was great. The installer, Ronnie, was PHENOMENAL!
Definitely plan on purchasing additional services.

Great experience from sales to installation of product. My salesman, Ryan was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and followed thru the entire process.

I have been doing all the leg work. Project is still not complete and if not completely finished by Friday the 31st of October there will be a dispute filled along with financing company. Install on the 13th and 6 days of calling they came back the 28th and still not finished. WTF! My time is worth $ too! No final inspection because project not completed.
Company sent 2 guys out to finish project. They could not take care of problem. A supervisor came out and he had no idea how to fix but said he would bring it up the next morning. I never heard back from anyone. I tried to call supervisor to find out what was going on. Did not answer so I left a message and still have not heard back. I am at the point to say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WINDOW NATION !!!!!!! They smile and say they are the greatest. Then leave you in the wind once they get paid. I will be filling a dispute with finance company and if no final inspection is done, project is not complete will have them repay finance company and at $27292.00 see if then can get it together!!!! DO NOT BUY / USE WINDOW NATION!!!!!

Everything was great up until install, and I’ll note we are repeat customers. Install team showed up 3 hrs late. Then removed two old doors and installed two new doors only to realize they did not have the locks/knobs hardware. Once that was delivered and installed trial and error the final product was great. WN does great work and has a great product, but the follow through in the red zone ( install) on these door was disappointing to say the least. A company should never feel like it OK to waste your time and should always communicate if they’re going to be late. In this case I had to call them when they didn’t show up on time.

The install was completed as planned. The installers were very careful to set out barriers and clean up any debris immediately.

The installation crew was the standout for this whole project and they went above and beyond what we had expected. After demolition, they discovered there was no foam insulation around any windows. They filled all the gaps on 21 windows and when the windows were put in place, it was a snug fit that let us know the airflow around our windows would be next to nothing. They kept us informed during the entire process and finished the job in one long day. The windows are beautiful and changed the entire appearance of our house with the dark bronze on the exterior.

It only took him 5 minutes to determine what the issue was with our window.
