The installer worked hard, were extremely professional and diligent, and they look amazing! The windows themselves are great quality. All around very satisfied!

The supervisor, Marvin, was very attentive to any request we had during installation. He made it a very positive experience.

Very profession from start to finish. The windows were ready sooner than expected and the scheduling was my preference. An issue with one window was quickly resolved.

They arrived within the scheduled time. They installed the windows and made sure to clean up after themselves. They were friendly and answered my questions.

Our salesman Richard DiPaolo was wonderful. He was considerate, professional and followed up on everything. The workers who came to install everything were quick, efficient and walked us through what they were doing in the whole process. They cleaned up everything and were very professional and kind.

The process was quite easy. The sales team does a good job of validating you are truly interested and not just shopping around. We were ready to get new windows so was given our options. The communication during the process was very good.

First off I'd like to say that when we first called Window Nation the customer service was great. The sales guy that came out was also great, he went into details about everything and answered all questions we had. Once we decided to go with Window Nation, we received emails and calls with great customer service. Once everything was said and done they advised that we would get a restaurant gift card. Which I was excited because we are spending so much money we could have dinner on them. Which was not the case, its a card that you can use to get discounts off at different restaurants. Which was a total disappointment. Reason being is no one takes that "gift card discount " or some of the places are closed and no longer in business. Honestly they could have given a Amazon gift card which I would of appreciated more and I know that it could be used. When it came to the installation they called me and gave me a scheduled date and I put that on my calendar, but they ended up coming on a different date and I was not expecting them. Now it could have been that I got the dates wrong on my end as I have a super busy life and I may have forgotten, but I never received an email confirming the date, no call or voicemail reminder. That was a disappointment as I wasn't expecting the installers. We made the best of it when they came. The installation of the windows came out great and I definitely love the new look. Only issue i have is that when they were done installing the windows and left, they left chucks of cement inside the house. I had to go around picking the prices of cement up and in all the rooms as we had the windows installed around the whole house.

This was a very difficult installation due to the unique characteristics of the home. They were very professional and skilled in all aspects of the job. Cleaner than when they started. Windows look beautiful.
