Before the installation I had some concern about the potential to have some damage during the removal of the old parts. I was really impressed with the installation of my patio door and one window. They carefully removed the old parts and did an incredibly professional job installing the new ones. I couldn't be happier with the way the job turned out.

The entire experience, from initially contacting Window Nations to final installation was great! Our salesperson was easy to talk to, the communication with various departments during the waiting period between the signing of the agreement and the installation was timely and helpful. I recommend anyone considering an upgrade to their windows contact Window Nations.

was late for the appointed time and still did not sufficiently address the storm doors, who on a previous was declared defective by a window nation employee. That was toward the end of 2024.

Friendly, knowledgeable sell staff willing to listen to my concerns and stepped up to provide concise answers. The installation staff were superb. Very kind, respectful, and detail-oriented, the finished product was a work of beauty. I was shocked by the transformation, but I must say that it was money well - spent. Window Nation rocks, and their employees are the standard bearers of customer service, which has become a waning commodity,

The representatives were professional, informative, and friendly. The work was completed on a timely basis. I’m very satisfied with the company work. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had Window Nation come out to install two glass sliding doors that replaced two circa 83' wood and glass paned doors and panels. I thought I would miss the old wood and glass doors (they were nice but not heat/cold resistant), But after the installation was complete in my dining and kitchen, I was amazed how my home felt transformed and more modern looking. Least to say no more super hot and super cold coming through the windows. The experience from the salesman to the installers, was all very pleasant. All involved were very professional and took great care in making sure they were installed correctly and that I was satisfied. Thank you!!

Getting 33 year old windows removed and modern and hopefully energy efficient windows. The next electric bill will show that.

Great crew, prompt and informative, great work

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job installing my new windows, they cleaned up before they moved on to another window, they even fully cleaned every window inside and out. There were some minor damages to some of the 1x4 boards around some of the windows that I didn't notice until they had already left and he came back and replaced all the damaged boards. I would definitely recommend Window Nation.

Installers were great. Didn't mind me asking questions. Thorough cleanup when done. Windows look great.

1) I feel like my order was forgotten, as I never received any updates until many weeks later when I emailed asking about the status. I texted and emailed Uriah (he gave me both of his contacts), and he never replied.
2) Uriah lied when he told me one of my windows was not eligible for glass replacement only. I was going to get a new window anyway, but the lying had me lose trust in your company. (I had a few other glass replacements done recently, and they said they could’ve done that window.)
3) When trying to make a sale, I was told they’d waive the credit card progressing fee for me, but I had to pay it for my second payment after completion of services.
4) I had to schedule my own permit inspection, even though I paid Window Nation a permit fee and was told it would be taken care of by the installers.

The crew worked very efficiently to replace 9 windows. They took the job seriously and there was no evidence left behind. Very nice people.

Good quality, fair pricing and most of all incredible service. Professional through out the process.

There was good communication thru the whole process from sales to instal. The only down fall was the install crew did not bring window cleaner or paper towels. They went through 2 cans of cleaner and 2 rolls of paper towles. Seem like that should be something a window install crew should keep by the case in their truck.

Installation crew arrived on time, organized, and ready to go. I was greeted introduced to the team and they gave me a quick overview of their scope of work. Provided me details on potential issues. They did a walk through to make sure of the locations of the windows and the total count. They communicated where they would start and end as well as why. They were experienced, and did a top notch professional job. They worked well as a team and kept me informed along the install period. They laid down cover sheets on the floors as well as over anything in the room that was remotely close to the installation area. They cleaned up after themselves as they went that included a shop vacuum as well as a mop and bucket. Quite impressive in my book. When completed they allowed for a walk through where I was able to ask any questions as well as I operated each an every window. I found one that wasn’t as easily operated as the others and they hand that issue taken care of in 3 minutes. We all stood in the front yard doing high fives and hand shakes. I am very appreciative of the job done and completed. I am all about getting what you paid for and I have very little tolerance for bad customer service or a sloppy job. This crew exceeded my expectations and was on target for what I was told by Nation’s salesman. It’s always good when you can talk the talk and back it up. From the evening sales stepped into my living room to the final clean up after installation, I have every reason to highly recommend Window Natio.
