I would recommend Window Nation to anyone that needs window replacement. Not only did they do a Great job but also gave us options on how our new Bay Window would look. The also got rid of the hornets that were trying to start a nest. I couldn't be happier with the work..

The experience was great because the installers worked so well together and they were very respectful of my home. The windows are beautiful.

Excellent product. Installers could not have been more professional and efficient. Twelve windows and one entry door replaced in one day. Installers left the house as clean as they found it.

The job was started onJune2,2025 and the windows are as promised, except one of the screens was missing. I got an email on June 6 saying the screen would be in stock by July 12. Then on June 23 I got another email saying the screen would be in by July 16. Finally, I got a call around that time to schedule the installation of the screen on July 29. It was done today.
Now I have to have the building inspection completed on August first. I am happy this is almost done, but I want my contract date to start on August 1,2025, not June 22, 2025 as my account statement reads.

My last screen was installed and the job is now almost complete. The local building inspector failed the inspection back on June 30, 2025. He claimed no one was home, but I saw his car in the driveway and went to the door but he was already gone!
Neither the town nor W-N ever contacted me to tell me of the failure and I only found out yesterday after calling the Stratford building dept. I re-scheduled the inspection for Aug. 1, at 7-8am. I also attempted to call the Service Finance Company but the phone number I have is only automated to make payments. Next, I called W-N customer service and spoke to someone about changing the start date, and ending date, on the no interest loan as the job is still not complete. I was told I would receive a phone call, but so far I have not. I have tried to find a general phone number for the loan company on the internet but without success.

Some of the window sills were married during installation.

the salesperson could have been more diligent and knowledgeable when answering questions.
Installation went well installers could have shown a little more attention to detail when removing old windows but did a very good job with the installation.

The new flex screens had small gaps in the corners. Customer service was excellent and quickly handled my claim. When the screens came in, the technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and did the replacements quickly. A personable fellow with great customer service!

I recently had some windows installed in May, and initially they weren't the correct sashes that I paid for. No biggie, they installed the frames and would replace the sashes at a later date.
Two months later when the replacement sashes arrived there was no proper labelling on the sashes that confirmed that they were the appropriate ones. It appears that the actual labels were torn off which left me very suspicious and not confident at all.
While overall my new installations came out looking nice, I really wish that Window Nation got my order right the first time. If they had-- my review would have been higher-- but since I still am trying to get the right sashes installed this review gets taken down a notch.
Oh and they also messed up my order of screens...twice.
