Wine Adore レビュー

Great customer support. Great products!

Have ordered from them for quite sometime now and they provide quality service and wines. Definitely a trusted vendor.

Approached by Pedro via WhatsApp (I was a past customer), who politely offered recommendations in the form of a presentation deck. In addition to detailing the characteristics of the wine, the deck was educational and informative about the grading for the wines and the regions which the wines are grown. I appreciate how Pedro went a step further beyond selling wines and made the experience educational.

Super good service from Thiago, his recommendations were great and the delivery was on time and the date that was confirmed. The packaging was good too. Really recommend the service and products.

The delivery arrangement was very friendly & customer orientated. I am a happy consumer. :)

The service was prompt, professional and efficient. I liked the fact that recommendations were given. The delivery was according to our schedule. I love the wine that I have drank as well.

While the wines were decent, i felt that they weren't as easy on the throat. Will try a different version next time

Purchase was easy. Delivery was one day late, not sure why

Always enjoy getting my wines from Wine Adore. Good selection of choices and fantastic customer service experience as always. 2 thumbs up.

Great wines, great service, nice people.
But one complaint is there is something fishy about the website which causes my antivirus to flag it up as a dangerous site on some of my computers, and I am unable to make purchases through those computers.

Fab service from wine adore with an interesting range of Portuguese wines and prompt delivery!

Great customer service experience and they take time to explain where the wine is from as well as the taste profiles. They do not just recommend the expensive wines to you. Delivery is fairly quick, usually next day service. Wines are packed in thick presentable carton boxes so it can also be sent as a gift. I do feel that for own consumption the good carton boxes would go to waste but they assure me that if I order from them again their drivers can pick up the carton boxes for recycling. A plus in my books if you would like to explore portuguese wines!

Best wine 🍷 best service and best people ❤️❤️

Wide selection. Reasonable prices for Singapore. Very easy to use and delivery is pretty fast!

Excellent customer service. Alberto recommends wine that suits my budget. He is very patient and knows what he stuffs well. Not pushy as well.
