Everything about WineOnline is easy. They communicate effectively and regularly. Ordering wine is as easy as sending an email. The wine is delivered. Awesome!

Always more than pleased over the years, especially lately with no shipping charge for 12 bottles or more.
Good selection of wines from a variety of locales. A range of prices to suit all occasions.
Prompt delivery, consistently.

In general quite happy with the service - good wunes at an affordable price, delivered to my home, but-

- I am reluctant to buy a case of wine when the wine is over $15, unless there are impeccable reviews and ratings;
- it would be helpful to have (paid) tastings, esp for Torontonians;
- or the possibility of buying mixed cases of all wines. I know I can return wines but I don't like doing that.
- The web catalogue needs to be clearer and easier to handle. Just have a listing of available wines, searchable by price, region, and so on.

I have been purchasing wine from WOL for 3 plus years and I have never had a delivery issue or a wine that did not meet expectations. Great selection of wines that you would not typically find at the LCBO which is something that appeals to me. Keep up the great work

Had some delivery difficulties once, but the manager was in touch personally to resolve them. Thereafter, no more issues.

WineOnline has been a terrific supplier for us - good choices, easy-to-use website, good promotional emails about what's available to save me time. Customer service has been excellent.

They are friendly and helpful.

I am constantly knocked out by the wines that are suggested. I generally stick to wines under $20 and have never been disappointed. The customer service is great right from the well organized web site to Jim my friendly delivery guy. I like buying wine by the case and it sure is nice to have it delivered to my door rather than lugging it out to the car from a store. In the rare instance when I've had a problem (like a musty corked bottle) my account is credited as soon as I notify them with no questions asked. I'm a fan of Wine of Line.

I find the wines are good value and with free shipping it's kind of a nice break from the LCBO Vintages to get some wines that are less mainstream added to my cellar.

I've never been disappointed with the personalized service I've received from WineOnline. From browsing the web site to the outstanding delivery service, I'm incredibly pleased with this company.

Avoid if you want your wine.

I made an order for two bottles of wine for my friends birthday to be delivered to her house. I live abroad so I thought I would get her a nice surprise. I wanted to makeesure she got the wine before her bday (16th of nov) so I contacted wineonlinenin advance to give myself plenty of time for the wine to arrive. They told me it would take five business days so I made the order on the 4 of Nov, giving it plenty of time.

Wine never arrived for her birthday (I contacted them before her birthday to ask why it hasn't arrived yet and they said they'll make sure to ship out for her bday).

I contacted them again, they say they are looking for some tracking number. I emailed them back with questions and no response. I have no clue where the wine is and a week has passed since my friends birthday.

Thankuyou for ruining my surprise gift.

We have received some fine wines that match up well with the reviews provided. Other wines, particularly the Italian did not meet the descriptions in the review.

I've 2 orders through wine online both without any problems and good turn around in delivery.
