I have had a relationship with WineOnline for a few years now. Customer service is second to none and their product selection is diverse. The background history of the wines is always just a little too appealing as evidenced by my large collection!

WineOnline bent over backwards to ensure that I satisfactorily received my order, when the wineries themselves messed up. They were courteous and efficient and resolved all issues.

I read the daily emails received touting various wines, with detailed history of the vineyards, analysis of wines produced, information about vintners, and occasionally when I see a selection which appears to be a great value, I order a case. I have yet to be disappointed. The order arrives within a day or two. Great service, and great selections.

Ordered a case, process was clear and concise. Case was delivered. What else can I say. Perfect.

WineOnline has been a great service and I have recommended the website to a number of friends and colleagues. The daily emails are a great resource and give a great review of a number of different options. Delivery has been fast and efficient

I was looking for Canadian wine for gifting my clients and I found this company. At the begining I didn't know anything about it and I decided anyway to order wine from it.

I ordered a box of red wine from WineOnline. There was an initial problem with the order, but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. The wine was as described in the product description, and was very nice.

I have been ordering from WineOnline for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The reviews are accurate, the product is quickly delivered, what more can I say. I am so busy with my work schedule that having the time to actually purchase wine for my guests, family, occasions is difficult. WineOnline makes it easy for me. They tell me what I'm getting, no having to guess! Simple!

I ordered a case of Spanish red and ticked a box adding the freight (should be free).
I called WineOnLine, apologized and asked for the freight to be credited.

The bill was credited, the wine was delivered and we are all smiling.

I have been purchasing wine from WineOnline.ca for almost four years and have been constantly impressed by the consistency of excellence in everything they do. The breadth of selection by country, varietal and price category means there is something for everyone.

This site is great. I really enjoy the daily tantalizing emails and the ease of buying. Some very good wines at pretty good prices. Delivery is simple and quick, even though I live in a rurals setting. Service is terrific with the owners being very accessible and responsive.

First time for me. Ordered 12 bottles. Shipment arrived 2 days later exactly at the time that I chose. No hesitation in recommending wineonline based on my first experience.

WineOnline gives honest product reviews and good value selections. Delivery to your door completes the easy buying experience. I trust their reviews and sourcing implicitly.

I have been using Wineonline for over a year now and have enjoyed the experience. It is simply great that I receive daily emails of new or recurring products being highlited plus the ability to search for others by price/type/region/etc. Further, to the door delivery saves a lot of time and effort!

My only problem, and it is not Wineonline's fault, is how to choose between the selections offered and not order too much wine too frequently, as it is hard to ignore all the other possibilities.

How great is it to have the option of ordering wine over the internet (or the phone) and then having it delivered to your doorstep free of charge!!! The WineOnline team keeps you up-to-date re: what's available, they make great suggestions and have a no-hassle returns policy. I've recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so!!

I have been a WineOnline.ca customer for about one year. I find their recommendations to be quite helpful in choosing a wine. I will confer occasionally with a friend who is a wine expert, and he finds the reviews descriptive and helpful to him in providing me with advice.

Selection is fairly good but I am disappointed that they have fewer off-dry whites such as Gwertz and Rieslings, especially from Europe.

Delivery I have found to be quite reliable and handy, coming right to my office.

The website could use work. It is not very intuitive. For example, when I have tried to use the option of selecting six (6) different wines, when I move from one selection to the next the website will start a new basket, rather than bringing my basket with my earlier selections with me. I have tried this several times and it has been frustrating. I have still not successfully used this feature, though I would like to.

Other than that, I enjoy WineOnline and have been introduced to a number of excellent wines that I would not otherwise have been exposed to.
