Overall its a very nice commercial grade wine display, point of purchase. Product arrived well wrapped, assemble instructions were a bit lacking.
This racks does require some woodworking skills. The cuts on the braces were very tight and had to be opened with a wood chisel, file and saw. It appears that the vertical braces are mot planed out evenly.
There were not enough screws for the entire project. Found some bronze cabinet screws that worked better and dont show like the chrome ones they sent.
I ordered the base, you really need a brad nailer or finish nailer for this to attach the floor.
The racks do not have individual bottle holders so your stacking the bottles on top of each other. I would not have gotten it if they pictures on the web page were more detailed.

The stain and quality was not very good. No refund allowed so we just put it in the trash and lost 1200 bucks. Would never buy here again

This is a simple, solid and elegant product. I like it. It was easy to order, arrived earlier than promised and in perfect condition.

A cable wire was missing, and I had to re wire the humidistat to correctly work the humidifier. But after that it works.

Product is very nice it arrived in a decent amount of time. Just a little bit of an issue with assembly and the screws. But we are happy with our final wine racks.

Wooden racks are exactly what I expected from previous order. Have noticed that some larger format 750ml bottles (pinot noir) do not want to fit in the top slot with top rail attached. If you could make the top of that end of the support just 1/4" longer, it would alleviate this problem. I have to round out the inside of the top rail to make room to fit these bottles, of which I have many. Anyone else report this issue?

Everything was good about the ordering and shipment of my wine rack. My only complaint is that there should have been pre-drilled holes on the racks as the wood split and/or the parts wouldn't screw together tightly using the provided screws.

I’ve been working with Matt on a cellar design. He has been very helpful and responsive.

Wineracks staff were so helpful and nice. Wish I had a big wine cellar to deal with them more. Sadly, I had just an 18 inch space in my new pantry.

Amazing product. Sturdy, clean cuts, fit perfectly together. I got plain pine and stained to match a base i built. Love it!
