We bought an 8ft- and a 6ft-wine rack for our wine cellar. They look great. We love the modular design which allowed us to adapt the racks to our cellar. The only thing we had not expected is that they came in pieces and the assembly required we purchase a pneumatic nail gun. This was not specified anywhere and is not an equipment everyone has. Some essential pieces were missing but they were provided when we contacted customer service.

Great rack, although different than one purchased about 4 yrs ago. The only problem is that the spaces are too tight for burgundy/pinot type bottles.

Poor customer service and speed of communication, worse products. Do not recommend.

The product is great. Trying to figure out all of the pieces I needed online was a bit challenging though.

wine rack seemed small for the money, for an unfinished rack. also the shipping cost was a third the cost of the rack.

Quality was so so. No directions. Some edges were splintered. I had to sand and paint the rack. Just didn’t look that great raw. Not really worth the money I paid. Looks ok now that I did everything I did.

I have not yet installed the product but the service and pricing have been excellent.

Will update my review after installation which is taking place in the next few weeks.

I ordered separate upper and lower Premium racks. The upper rack was a standard individual rack and the lower rack was an "open diamond" design. I was extremely frustrated with the assembly of the open diamond. First off, the instructions for assembly did not depict the parts that I had received, and the exploded diagram was overlapping so that it was very difficult to make out what was going on. Once I was able to decipher the design, I found that the parts that would supposedly hold together with friction would not do so. The assembly just came apart, not even as snug as Lincoln Logs. I ended up having to purchase a brad nailer and proceed to nail each joint of the inserts and then the inserts to the frame. To add to my frustration, the company recommended a nail length that turned out to be too long, resulting in nails protruding where they should be buried. I had to get shorter nails, further prolonging the project.

Additionally, the grid was apparently intended to be assembled with a front and back, but this was not mentioned in the instructions. This resulted in some front edges being nicely rounded while others were not. I discovered this subtlety only after the inserts were nailed together.

Lastly, with all of this frustration in assembly, the company did not express much sympathy and basically told me that I must be doing something wrong - everything worked on their end. They never owned their error. In the end, I got a $50 credit back but this was only after specifically asking for it, and then following up several days later. I ended up beta testing their shoddy design and had to pay for the privilege.

Overall, a disappointing experience. I have my rack assembled, but am not happy with how it went. As of this writing, they have pulled apparently pulled the product from their website, so at least others won't go through what I did.

Should be noted these cubes are pine veneered plywood, but that's OK. More stable. They were easy to assemble and sturdy.
