Use this website all the time. Quality of the wine is great, price is reasonable, delivery is quick and if you do need to use customer service they are very helpful.

We go out of our way to avoid the boring, mass-produced wines so as to create and sustain a market of choice for you and your fellow wine lovers. We do so by walking the ground of the world’s famous and not so famous wine regions and by directly sourcing from dedicated and fiercely independent winemakers. Where the supermarket chains sponsor homogeneity and bulk production, we believe our approach encourages diversity, independence and quality.

I find the website easy to navigate and there is an excellent choice of wines available. Orders are dealt with promptly and delivery only takes a few days. You are kept updated as the order and delivery are processed.

Seamless and very good ordering process


Seamless and very good ordering process and payment experience.
But!
Wine was almost a week late, I had ordered the wine for a party and had to go to another company to fulfil the order, although I had a very pleasant phone call from a company representative who was very apologetic and assured me of a better experience in future.
I must rate on my one and only experience to date however and should I use wines direct again and be prompted to rate I will do so honestly and fairly. I will be reluctant to order in future any closer to a fortnight before I need the wines.
