As all our wines are stored in bonded warehouses across the country, and have to be brought out of bond before sending to the customer; our orders do take 3-5 days to deliver.

Ordered wine. Took the money and have heard nothing. Sent an email following up Radio silence. Tried calling no answer. It is a present, so now need to cancel and reorder.Poor service!!!!

Best value for a delicious Rose called The Bulletin which I first discovered on a P&O cruise. Ordering from Winedirect was simple and delivered in good time. Only disappointment was shipping cost which increased with the more you ordered, but then I’m assuming it’s based on weight rather than quantity hence four stars.

Instead of raising our per bottle prices to hide delivery costs, we charge our customers what it costs us to pack and deliver the wines.
You are absolutely correct, our shipping prices depend on the amount of bottles purchased our courier charges us based on weight and size of parcels. We do review our contracts with all suppliers on regular basis to keep costs and therefore prices for customers as low as possible.

Please see my emails regarding the delivery. Clearly your delivery agent has no interest in delivering your wine safely and then sends an inaccurate-in fact dishonest email describing the delivery. I shall not be reordering from you unless you use better agents
