Ho comprato una bici expo on line aprile 2023 in offerta taglia M... quando l' ho provata mi sembrava grande ma non ci ho fatto caso, sul telaio non c'è scritto nulla neanche la matricola. L' anno scorso ci ho fatto un viaggio e mi sono reso conto che troppo grande. Trovo le misure on line del mio modello e mi rendo conto è taglia L. Li contatto con prove di foto e misure e subito ammettono l' errore promettendo di risolvere il problema.
Alla fine non si sono più fatti sentire. Alle mie telefonate rispondono che erano in assemblea.
Alla fine ho dovuto svendere la bici.
In conclusione, diffidate l' acquisto on line.

informazioni sui prodotti approssimative, post vendita pessimo (tempi di risposta biblici -quando rispondono- e in più scrivono in inglese)
un mese e mezzo per un cambio taglia e alla fine non mi hanno sostituito l'articolo (ma almeno ho avuto il rimborso).

restituito una maglia in data 14 aprile per cambio taglia
ad oggi non si sono degnati di darmi un segno di ricezione ed al telefono dicono che sono bloccati per un cambio software
state alla larga sono pessimi venditori.

Buongiorno,
la vostra risposta non mi soddisfa assolutamente e non intendo avere nessuna comprensione nei vostri confronti.
Un mese di attesa per avere soltanto una mail in cambio di un capo che vi ho restituito dopo averlo pagato 120 euro mi sembra che non possa essere accettabile, perchè poi la scusa che accampate, l'aggiornamento delle vostre piattaforme online ed il vostro sistema gestionale erp, la state ormai usando da un anno, vedi le recensioni precedenti su Trustpilot.
State rovinando la reputazione di due marchi storici, Cinelli e Columbus.
Mi muoverò in tutte le direzioni possibili per ottenere quanto mi dovete.

Fahrrad bestellt, im März
Lieferdatum war 4-5 Wochen später, dann kurz vorher eine E-Mail das es eine Verzögerung gibt und doch nochmal 3-4 Monate dauert.
Leider in der ganzen Branche ja aktuell keine Seltenheit daher Hatte ich noch einige Mails über verschiedene andere Modelle mit dem Herren vom Support geschrieben und wollte da es sich um eine "Limited Edition" handelte trotzdem warten.
Anfang Juli schon ganz ungeduldig erneut nachgefragt ob es schon etwas neues bezüglich des Versandes gibt.
Mitte Juli dann erneut nachgefragt und im Email Versand Ordner überrascht dran erinnert worden das ich vor 3 Wochen ja schon gefragt habe und auf eine Antwort warte...
5 Mails und 6 Wochen später fehlte immernoch jedes Lebenszeichen der Firma, am letzten Tag des PayPal Käuferschutz Zeitraumes dann natürlich davon Gebrauch gemacht, da ich ja auch seit fast 6 Monaten wartete und 5 Monate schon keine Antwort mehr kam.
Auf den Käuferschutz Antrag haben sie auch keine Stellung bezogen und so habe ich das Geld zum Glück 5 Tage später erstattet bekommen.
Am selben !! Tag bekam ich dann direkt 2 Mails der Firma das meine Zahlung storniert wurde und ob denn noch Interesse besteht, da das Rad jetzt schon Versand fertig ist.

I bought a pair of gloves on 28th November during the Black Friday sale wingedstore.com were having.
I received a confirmation of the purchase by email and was told I would receive further information upon dispatch.
I was waiting over 3 weeks for something to come through but it never did!
I got in touch a couple times and after a few days from when I sent my email, I was told that the gloves I bought were out of stock, and whether I wanted to wait till they were in stock again or get a refund.
At this point I'd already bought something else from a local bike shop as the gloves that never appeared were meant to be a gift!
I requested a refund on 20th December. Nothing happened. I chased it up and eventually got a reply on 14th January saying the refund would be processed by the close of business that day. Yet nothing has been done! I am still waiting.
Honestly, there might be some really nice kit on their website, but I wouldn't trust whether what they're showing is genuinely in stock and if you ever need a refund, whether they'll do it!
Please AVOID and shop at another reputable online retailer that treats its customers properly.
