Had to go order in person due to there being no kiosks,and the music was too loud, which lead to staff and customers needing to raise their voice, and they still asked multiple times what it was I said. And after all of that, I still did not receive everything I ordered correctly! Not a good first impression

Meadowhall site- expensive & chicken we had was 100% proceeesed & would have been frozen. Very bad.

Had my first and last experience tonight at the new Edge lane liverpool branch. My son waited ages for the order and when he got home it was wrong. I ordered a portion of 8 wings and they were dreadful plain cooked wings with a dollop of spicy barbeque sauce on definitely not cooked in the sauce so the sauce was exactly as it comes out of the bottle not sticky or juicy at all. For the price were tiny and very hard whilst luke warm. Lots of other choices in Edge lane won't be returning there.

Webt to the new one on edge lane in Liverpool. Had to wait 20 mims to order and a further 20 mins for our food. The server taking our order brought it to us and read back our order, thinking everuthing was in our bag. Got home items missing, order was wrong and all food cold.
Spent over 40 quid with 10 quid worth missing not happy will not go back

I find it absolutely outrageous that I could not pay with British legal tender in your MetroCentre store. Also the attitude of the young female serving when I tried to pay with cash was disgusting. You are the main reason why local British businesses are having to close down. No cash no custom simple as.

I visited the new Wingstop in Bristol, BS8. Great food. Reasonably priced. Served by Libby who made the experience all the more enjoyable. Friendly and knew her stuff!

Food tasty but crickey , the price, hardly any chicken on bone- chicken wings, they are tiny, tenders was nice but their prices for what you get is ridiculous, same with chips, £4.50 for handful of chips, no thank you, rip off, if it wasn’t for my £10 off I would of been returning it

There definition of spicy and mine seem to be two different things, I found the wings bland and for 8 wings and loaded fries this was overpriced. I would choose to eat here again

One person serving on a Saturday at 6pm. Queue out the door. Staff just wondering around aimlessly.

It’s basically just chicken nuggets and chips flavours are ok but not really getting the hype and portion sizes are really small

i went to the wingstop in L1, my server erin was lovely and definitely made the experience better. On the other hand i had to wait about 45 minutes for my food. I understand its a popular place and can be busy but peoples food was just sitting under the heater while workers walked right past it. For mediocre food the wait is not worth it considering i ordered a very small meal, i believe im being generous with the three stars.

Delivery time continually pushed back by 5 minutes, over 2 hours. Calls to the restaurant kept cancelling out after ringing, and the order/contact 'chat' line responding with "unavailable right now". Finally got an answer from the restaurant and after a confused story, it would seem the 'first' deliveroo driver had stolen the order.... I wonder what the origins of the deliveroo driver were? After all this I have to contact deliveroo to discuss the delivery. I didnt even order with deliveroo, I ordered on the wingstop website. The whole process is useless and cares one little bit about the customer.

Stone cold food, then unpon replacement completely raw chicken which we digested.... manager didnt care at all. Took my phone number and put it on his personal phone to stay in touch regarding a refund...weird. No health and safety documentation. Completely unphased. £35 for two meals for uncooked chicken ...insane!

First time experience with Wingstop. Westfield London. Ordered a take out. Got home to open a bag of disappointment. Wingstop website states ‘We’re not in the wing business, we’re in the flavour business’ and they ain’t joking. You need a magnifying glass to find the wings. They’re tiny. And totally bone dry. Very little flavour. Total con job. The branch is packed with youngsters coz the price suits their little budget. Not a place for adults that actually want to eat something. Wingstop don’t take my word for it. Do your own due diligence. Send in some regular mystery shoppers and test your own quality. Or lack of it. Will give credit where it’s due, employees worked hard to keep the branch clean. Food though was so poor and sub standard. Waste of time, and money. Won’t be recommending WingsNOT! to anyone.

Food had lots of flavour and a range of options. Friendly staff, jade was very knowledgeable and assisted us in our menu choices. It was also very clean , good seating areas both up and downstairs - quick service - we will be back

I visited the new Wing Stop in plymouth on Friday. I queued for 45 minutes before being served. The staff were nice. However, we had to wait around 10 more minutes for our food to come out, and stupidly didn't check it before leaving. when we go home, we realised they hadn't packed an order of tenders which we paid for and was on the receipt. The food we did get was mediocre and certainly not worth waiting 55 minutes for.

Went to the Bullring restaurant for the first time ( and last) with two children. The lady at the tills was very attentive as was the gentleman at the doors. The one star was awarded because of these two.
The drinks were not cold - i would say at room temperature at best.
Food was just mediocre warm, not hot.
Tables seemed clean at first glance, but the floor under the table i was sat in was sticky and chips all over it.
I asked for ketchup as they were not in the self help area- i was told she would bring me some satchets- this never came. In the end i had to walk to the tills myself and leave my two children unattended ( both special needs) to get these. When the satchets had ran out i asked another member of staff to get me a few more and surprisingly these did not arrive. Service and quality of food needs working on.
