我幫襯了Croydon榮業行很多年。榮業行失去了很出色的經理人，比如啊星和Johnson。 他們管理得很好，兩個人都很受客人歡迎和尊重。可惜依家換咗新經理之後，表現遠低於標準。佢哋喺處理客戶投訴等棘手情況時缺乏專業知識同信心。有啲經理遇到難搞嘅投訴甚至會迴避，或者一味用『公司政策』做藉口，但又不能堅持立場，反而很容易向無理嘅客戶屈服，令人失望。

Three excuses on delay since click and collect order was placed over a month ago. Needless to say, I cancelled it.
Having done without those food for this long, I don't need them anymore.

Ordered over a month ago still nothing
Ordered over a month ago still nothing. Keep saying its being set but never answer specific Qs about when etc. Told it was sent waited another 10 days to be told its not been sent yet. Just thieves and liars!

Hidden gem of Asian groceries
Hidden gem of Asian groceries! Well it’s not really hidden (it’s very big!) but you have to know about it to know to go there. So much choice and you can buy pretty much buy anything you can think of for Asian cooking. Love the gyozas and dumplings, and they have a entire row of freezers with prawns!!!

Amazing Service
My first ever food order from WingYip was first class. You will find authentic foods that are not available in your local Supermarkets.
The food is fresh and packaged expertly. Goods in glass jars are individually wrapped and protected from damaging more fragile foods.
My order arrived quickly, with all items as expected and was a little treasure to open.
I am really happy to recommend them and will buy from them again.

best oriental shop by far
Always deliver goods and fast. Cannot fault the products and very easy site to use. I would put this review in Chinese but i am too busy eating winyip foods, besides, who would understand me?
