We were not informed when the bed was shipped out and were out of town when it was delivered.

Mattress shipped amazingly fast! Very easy to set up & I love that it is isn't boxed very long so it doesn't have any low spots. Mattress is nice, firm, very little sinking when I sit on the edge. It is very comfortable, happy I did my research and went with WinkBeds!

The bed is really plushy, comfortable and sturdy from the one month I owned it. The bed doesn’t sink and it’s very responsive when getting off the bed especially the edges. However the only reason this bed doesn’t get the other 1.5 is because it doesn’t match the size they advertised. It was three inches short on both width and length. I’m really disappointed that it’ll cost me $50 for an exchange and it’s time consuming.

They exchanged our bed without any issues, thankful for that.

LoadUp gave me a eta of arrival. Marcus showed up early and removed old mattress and added the Winkbed mattress to our frame. Super easy, efficient. Great job!

The bed arrived in less than 7 days. Delivered in a box that was easy to get upstairs.

Customer service assistant helped answer questions regarding difference between Luxury Firm and PLUS mattresses. Delivered the PLUS King Mattress in 5-7 days, installation service arrived next day to setup and remove old mattress. Great communication and service. Best mattress I’ve slept on in 10 years. Replaced an Avocado Green pillow top.

Ordering was easy.
Everything arrives. The only unsatisfying thing was that the mattress pad arrived a week later, than the mattress, and I was about to call to ask about its whereabouts when it appeared.
And another good thing is sleeping is easy.

This is my 2nd time purchasing from Winkbeds. Before this recent purchase, we upgraded to a king bed and had bought from a different brand only to realize that that mattress caused months of shoulder pain. We made the return and had to temporarily go back to our previous queen Winkbed. Once that return was complete (took a few weeks), went to the Winkbeds site, but this time around going for the Softer option in hopes to alleviate my shoulder pain as a side sleeper. That first night was exactly the sleep I've been needing. I'm very satisfied and will gladly recommend.

Also we were in the middle of moving homes and this softer mattress made me forget the moving soreness whenever I wake up the next day.

I was impressed with how quickly everything arrived after placing my order. We are moving into a new home next week, and I’m excited to set the bed up and try it. Thank you!
