Thank you for your feedback, we do use this forum as an opportunity to take your feedback and make positive changes that ultimately enhance our customers experience of our sites.

Unlike some of the larger sites out there today, we have been processing withdrawals seven days a week for some time now, unfortunately at the moment we do only operate a reduced service at the weekend for a couple of different reasons which are outside of our control.

We recognise timely withdrawals are a priority for customers and I am happy to let everyone know that there are some internal enhancements to our service being introduced in the coming months to make withdrawals even quicker and more consistent 7 days a week, so do stay tuned we are very excited to be supercharging our withdrawals for customers!

If you’re still enjoying your time onsite, we can hopefully, given time, turn that great four star review into a blow your socks off FIVE!
