This company is a thief. Also tried to get Mt review removed by flagging it. As illegal. But as you can see my previous review is still on here. Because its the 100 percent truth. Bye for now. Do not use this company. Desperate thieves

So….Joined this site, was obviously online verified and went on to deposit £50, played through and lost. The following day I deposited a further £10 and made a small withdrawal (less than £20). This in itself was a near impossible task as navigating your way to the withdrawal page was annoyingly difficult!!.

Following day I receive an email asking for every form of I.D imaginable including very personal documents. Even have the downright cheek to ask me to send a photo of me holding my own I.D.

Subsequently find my account is now closed and inaccessible.

How about this Wink Slots. Before any customer deposits for the first time perhaps you can share with us your proof of income, proof of funds to show you have the means to pay out winnings, your CEO holding a copy of your UKGC license and a UK government tax return to show how much tax you’ve paid to operate a business in the UK. Latter part is obviously a joke as we’re all aware of your offshore tax fiddle.

You are a gaming company. I absolutely will not share any personal information with a useless bunch of charlatans such as yourselves. So keep my winnings, donate them to charity or add to your disgusting profits.

Resolver are useless with complaints. UKGC are as corrupt as yourselves and our own government. There seems to be no redress against scummy operators like you from genuine players and we are ultimately paying the price.

Shocking and desperately needs investigating to close this and many similar sites down.

As a long term online gambler I fully understand the upside and downfalls of any gambling an am certainly not a disgruntled gambler so my advice to anyone reading this is simply to avoid this site at all costs.

Upon further investigation I will now add that you are in breach of ‘Licence condition 17 - Customer identity verification. As listed on the gambling commission (UK) website and therefore may be subject to regulatory action.

Oh dear Wink Slots. That’s a massive faux pas isn’t it and I’ll quite happily push this through to the end whereby hopefully you’ll be fined substantially.

Fast Payment …

I was playing with this company nearly 6 months. I did withdraw two transactions. It was in my account the same day. I do gamble with all the sites. I read all bad reviews and even myself I was not sure of my withdrawal. I thought they will ask Documents like Proof of id etc. Nothing excellent. Recommend this site.

Another amazing play!

Deposited £100 and won £1800 then put in around £1000 but kept some as its free money, ended up winning £4750 which is currently pending withdrawal and approval but I know it’ll happen soon just a delay to weekend. Thank you all!

Just Try finding the withdraw button on the site, Good luck with that even after following their online instructions. some gambling sites work honourably Uno fast withdrawals and well laid out BUT THIS AINT ONE OF THEM. Expect to lose ALL you put in because you won't be taking anything out 🫤

Reporting reviews with lies!

They are trying to keep a good star review by reporting the reviews we do as having content containing harmful or illegal content!
Good to know this is not working as my review went back online lol.
Your bonus is a con. The money you make is not yours! It has to be played onsite. You may as well just download a game with no betting!
I won 36 spins on slingo and still got nothing.

Old Age Withdrawal Times

I actually really liked this site. Don't get me wrong I've deposited more than I've won, but that's the nature of gambling. First withdrawal of £300, took a day or so to process, I gathered because it's the 1st withdrawal verification checks etc need to happen, I get it. I always opt out of bonuses so my winnings are my own and this morning I made my second withdrawal. Hours later its still not processed and I've been told by customer services that the payments team who are responsible for processing withdrawals don't work weekends so I will need to wait until Tuesday for it to be processed. Really?! It's 2024, every other site available to gamble on operates 24/7 withdrawals and its instantly in your bank the moment you withdraw. Like Instant and now I'm being told once it's been processed it will be in my bank within 2-5 working days after that.
I'm sorry, but, I won't be playing on wink slots again once I wait 10 days for my withdrawal to be processed. It's absolutely ridiculous and the sad thing is for them, I was a profitable customer for them, I have always spent more than I've won. Never again unless they change their old age withdrawal times. It's something you expected to happen over 10 years ago!

Happy to change this review to 5 stars, as I've stated I enjoy playing on the site but not if I'm waiting until after the weekend for my withdrawal to be processed. Its an unacceptable amount of time to be waiting for winnings.

Update:
It's been more than 24 hours and the withdrawal is still not processed. Live chat has informed me withdrawals don't get processed on Sundays. Will update again tomorrow.

Further Update:

Sunday 3pm withdrawal approved but funds not sent. Says on the online account the withdrawal should be released within 1 business day. Will update when this happens.

Awful communication re withdrawals

Awful communication regarding withdrawals. Slow verification process & feel ignored. I understand completely verification checks are important, however I have been chasing up my withdrawal for weeks now with poor communication, and hear nothing for days on end. Hopefully I will be able to update this review with an outcome soon - but currently I am left feeling completely ignored with no clear understanding of what is going on whatesoever.

Update - apparently my verification has now been approved but still no updates on withdrawal. Constant phone calls and emails and poor responses. Will update once sorted hopefully

Withdrawal Delay

I am currently waiting for a large withdrawal. I have experienced the same issues I am currently just providing my bank statements for 6 months and I have been trying to make my withdrawal for 3 weeks.

I just want someone to email me back or get on the phone and communicate with me. Obviously it is very concerning as it's a large amount of money.

I won over £2,000 in winnings

I won over £2,000 in winnings. I tried to withdraw my funds and I ended up jumping through loops when providing ID. I gave them my driving lience, Bank statements, proof of address ect. They then stopped replying back to me. my aaccount has been blocked and Emails are being ignored. its taken just over a month now and i still havent been paid my winnings.
