Poorly thought out app and poor playing experience

Game play after around two months is not satisfying. Very few bonuses and little return on the ones I have had. Compared to other sites this is my least favourite and least rewarding. The app is also frustrating. Poor layout. Hard to find what you need. Cannot see where to find a withdrawal and track progress. When you search transaction history you receive a list of every spin made. I want a clear cut profit and loss section and a section that clearly shows my deposits and withdrawals. If tfat information is available I can’t find it. Other sites. And not all are great. At least make these parts clear. It just isn’t very user friendly. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else

Regarding the transactions part, we do make available the information, we are sorry if you have found it not very intuitive. The cashier shows the outstandings withdrawals and the progress in real time! Also, in My Account - My Transactions you can find the account statement that shows your net deposits (a running total of your deposits minus your withdrawals for a 90-day period). If you require older data, you can always contact us via support channels, and we'll be more than happy to assist.

Thank you for your feedback once again, and we can assure we do use this forum as an opportunity to take your feedback and make positive changes that ultimately enhance our customers experience of our sites.

Terrible slots! No bonus's.

Wow, one of the worsts sites to play on! I'm signed up to 100's of casino's' ! This casino is awful. Played several games over a few days, depositing 50 quid each time. 30p stake, not one bonus on any of the games, minor wins I.e 30p, 80p. This casino is a money taker , nothing fair about the slots. Money just disappears , no satisfaction or joy in playing whatsoever. Super slow and glitchy slots. Won't be depositing again, far far better casino's out there. You'll lose and that is it. Don't join the casino. Total waste of time and money

I ve been playing for a while at wink…

I ve been playing for a while at wink slots and I wanna say that is a trusted site. I ve deposit 100 £ and win 5010 pounds. After all the documents required in 5 days the money are in my account. Very helpful staff starting from Catalina, Claudia and very polite as well. Thank you Wink slots.

Playing gold blitz extreme for 3 days all pots maxed out and bonus and neither come in was playing the game for 25 minutes and nothing I don’t think I’ll carry on playing on the site if the games continue with zero payouts

Claimed they had sent MY money, told me this several times. They then backtracked and said there was a 'security issue'. They didn't even send an email to let me know. Was lied to several times.

I love this site.. but the reason im only giving it 4 stars is because I withdrew my winnings and received them the next day no verification needed. I then deposited more and want to withdraw again but now they want to verify me which is fine but its over the 72hrs mark that they have in there terms and are now out of office until Monday. I want to carry on playing but i dont feel assured that i will receive my second withdrawal so until i do or if i do i wont be depositing no more.. i will update you all if I receive my second withdrawal.

UPDATE they have accepted my identity and proof of address they now want to see proof of bank statements of me depositing it from my account!! Its looking like they are trying every way to try and not pay out what a joke!

They have accepted my documents and am verified but now waiting for my £2000 withdrawal so will update again if i receive it

Good casino

I have to admit I was a bit worried after seeing all the reviews but I don’t see why this casino has got bad reviews,I played £20,won £100,withdrew them on the same day and they were in my bank the next day.This casino deserves a chance,is not as bad as everyone says.They don’t withhold your winnings as everyone says,that is a lie.Yes sometimes you need to upload documents to prove your identity but this is not the only casino in uk that sometimes requires that,let’s be serious guys.

I was happy with my experience and don’t believe all the bad reviews,is not actually a bad casino.

Fun selection of games and decent…

Fun selection of games and decent payouts whilst playing. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is the delay of my withdrawals I requested upon joining the site and winning yesterday morning. This is so far the only site I've joined that takes a day and an age to process withdrawals, so once (or if) these are approved, I probably won't be using the site again, as I'd like to receive my withdrawals as fast as they take the deposits, which is instantly.

Terrible customer service - don’t expect your money if you win!!

Deposited £1500 no problem, tried to withdraw £3,000 my account is then blocked from logging in. I have provided passport, driving license, wedding certificate, utility bill, bank card proof. Zero response from them. Noticed other reviews saying they expect bank statements after verification, I won’t be supplying these if that’s the issue as that is no business of theirs. Have spoken on the chat 3 times, they keep saying it is with the relevant department soon, it has been 8 days since I made the request. This is not good enough, I am part of many gambling sites, never have any issue once identification has been provided. The chat feature don’t have any answers just that it’s with “relevant department”. Deeply disappointed having to wait so long to withdraw money that is mine.
I will update this if I have my pay out today but if not i will be reporting to the gambling commissioner as it seems I am not the only one experiencing these issues. Username - lilhan0131
After calling them this afternoon they have informed me because I self excluded from a sister site, which I wasn’t aware of, that my winnings are void and they will be refunding the deposits but not the winnings. Surely this cannot be legal!
