We are sorry to hear that you haven't had the best of experiences with our site so far. We're also sorry to hear you haven't had much luck with the games recently, as we hope you can understand this is not something we can influence as the outcomes of all our games are completely random and our games are reviewed regularly for randomness by an independent body.
Regarding the transactions part, we do make available the information, we are sorry if you have found it not very intuitive. The cashier shows the outstandings withdrawals and the progress in real time! Also, in My Account - My Transactions you can find the account statement that shows your net deposits (a running total of your deposits minus your withdrawals for a 90-day period). If you require older data, you can always contact us via support channels, and we'll be more than happy to assist.
