Really vad casino, the KYC takes 5-7 days and fatet that the wothdraw another 3 days, i won and wanted to close my account which they refuse. Support is bad aswell

This goes to one of my worst casino sites list. Tried it because of the good reviews from other gambling sites, but was disappointed in the end.
Website was so slow and unplayable, many games just show as blank and there was no "play " icon visible.
If i had known it would be this slow, would have never made a deposit, but it's rare to find a casino site like this.
The good - decent selection of deposit methods and

The bad - slow website and lag, little selection of games, no responsible gaming options, no slots filter or sorting.

A downright scam. They just blocked my account and stole USD 100 from me citing AML violations they didn't care to clarify.

Ich melde mich Täglich im Support wo mir nur gesagt wird es dauert und ob ich schon alle email beantwortet hätte. Ich habe nie Emails erhalten von WINLEGENDS wo es um Meine KYC oder ähnliches ging und der Support will mich für Dumm verkaufen und sagt ich würde die nicht finden.....
Nach dem 5ten Tag/nachfragen wurde mir im Chat gesagt was in den Emails drinnen stehen würde und ich habe das natürlich sofort abgeschikt aber bis Jetzt wieder nur noch warten also das Sollte sich keiner antuhn. Die warten/Hoffen das es zu lange dauert und man wahrscheinlich die Auszahlung abbrechen wird. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !!!!!

Fast deposit, good support and easy to complete kyc. The withdraw was a little bit slow but the money arrived. 1minus because you need to wager 3x your deposited money.

Very poor customer service and while they will tell you that their online slots are generated randomly etc, you will soon realize that the return is terrible, regardless of what game you play. Bonuses reset all by themselves, so when you think you are about to get bonus, it resets. It's not a trustworthy place.

They don't let us withdrawl the money. They tell us to bet 3x the deposit, I have done 20x and they still I am only halfway. It is a scam, don't deposit money

Lack of responsibility!!!

I did deposit with my visa and got failed , I tried my mastercard again failed , then I tried send crypto and till this time I am writing this review been 9 hours and still didn't reflect in my balance !!!!
And I contacted them time by time and the only answer I got :
" The status of this transaction is pending and money have not been received yet "
I never seen such delay in crypto network !!!!

So, first thing first:
2 stars only for website look and diamond gathering witch you can change for bonus money.

Now the issue:
I played there maybe a month deposited 1860e and my witdhrawal was 22000e. An then they started prolonge it. You can witdhraw 1000 a day. Thats okay. First 1000 came in day after, second too. then they wrote me a email, that my gameplay is in investigation and it will take 14 days. (they thought I was going to play, but my girlfriend change the password :)) So after that 14 days of "reviewing" another 1000 came. Then every 1000 took 2 days, later 3 days. it took almost 2,5 month to witdhraw this money, but they all came.
Support will do nothing for you in this situation, they only says that "write a email to financial" - OK - i wrote email to financial about higher limits, status of my witdhrawal many times - nobody respond.

Then i came back and i wanted to deposit some € with bonus and i found out that i dont have bonus to claim(i had emails with many bonuses). So i wrote to support and they told me that i used many bonuses and I am not entitled to any bonus :D that was fun from the support. (i used bonus code maybe 2-3 times)
