Winlegends

Huge range of games fun and addictive to play All the good slots and was pretty good on the features and the payouts highly recommended 👌

Great Casino! A huge selection of games, a lot of deposit and withdrawal methods so that everyone will find the right one for themselves. A big plus for a visually nice page. Fast connection to support live.

a trully honest and decend casino , havent paly in such good casino for a long time, slots even if you are lose are fully playble , win or lose the experiance is great, i have win many time and big, my top casino for sure

Was invited to register in this casino by greek casino streamer. Wanted to deposit and claim first bonus but in order to to get working account you need to pass verification. I tried to open verification in PC computer but their system not allowed to upload my document files I hold in PC instead they want to scan documents with camera which my PC not has and I am not sure if I had it worked as how will you scan your big utility bill document with small camera? I came to chat and asked I have difficulties verifying account and is it possible to send my documentation using email. They replied yes it is possible and gave me email kyc0winlegends.com . I did attached my documents to email and sent to verify account so I can deposit and start playing. I wrote this:

Hello I was not able to complete verification as my personal computer does not have a camera for the second step. I added both my ID card sides and address proof to verify the account manually.

Their reply

Please be advised that confirming your identity in the automatic verification program is a necessary procedure.
Please note that you can use your phone or other devices that have a camera to confirm your identity.
Regards from the finance department!

Hello I use a phone with a Symbian system and it does not work with your verification so that is why I sent you documents to verify my identity manually.

Hello it is 4 days and my account is still not verified. Did you reviewed documents I sent from my email?

We would like to inform you that without passing the automatic verification program it is impossible to verify your account.
Regards from the finance department!

In that case I will not be able to play because you force me to have a special device and I am happy with the current device I use but it has no such options to work with your verification. Please consider updating your verification option to not ignore specific players which are interested in playing.

So chat support gave false information I can verify account sending my document to email and now they have my document copies I sent from email. And they force me to have specific devices to pass verification like IOS or android device but even if you buy this device you will not be sure if it will work as they not provide list of devices which work with their automatic verification as those devices use different IOS and android versions. Not looking professional and quality casino I not recommend trying registering here.

The chat support give false information

They ask to verifiy account in their automatic system and force you to have specific devices to work with that system and they not provide information which devices work with that automatic system
