UKGC has recently introduced new requirements for casinos, whereby we are now required to ascertain the beneficiary for all transactions we send out. As a result, every time a new cashout payment method is added by the players, we need to collect and validate their documents prior to executing the transaction, which takes no more than 2 business days. We do recognize that this may be a cause for frustration to our players and therefore try to be transparent about the necessary documents beforehand and perform the review as quickly as possible.

Importantly, this only happens the first time a withdrawal payment method is used, so subsequent withdrawals go through more quickly.

Unfortunately, in this case, part of the amount failed due to 3rd party, this was the reason we needed your Bank details confirmation so we can process the remaining amount.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
