Gioco con Winsane da oltre un anno. Ho sempre effettuato i miei prelievi regolarmente, con documenti d’identità e bancari già verificati più volte. Ho caricato tutte le carte, gli estratti conto e ogni documento richiesto, ma l’assistenza continua a inventare scuse assurde per non pagare.

Dopo tre prelievi andati a buon fine, l’ultimo di circa 437 euro mi è stato rifiutato due volte di seguito senza una motivazione chiara. Prima mi hanno detto che dovevo ricaricare la carta, poi che mancava il retro, nonostante avessi seguito le loro istruzioni alla lettera (coprendo il CVV come richiesto).
Ogni volta cambiano versione, chiedono nuovi documenti già inviati e bloccano i soldi senza alcuna giustificazione.

Ho anche provato a utilizzare la carta Revolut con cui avevo depositato, ma mi è stato detto che non potevo farlo e dovevo usare il primo metodo di pagamento. Ho seguito tutto quello che chiedono, ma rifiutano comunque il prelievo.

A questo punto è evidente: Winsane è un sito truffaldino, gestito da ladri che cercano ogni scusa per non far ritirare i propri soldi.
Sconsiglio assolutamente di depositare denaro su questa piattaforma!

After all this they removed my withdrawal options to only "JETON", that means making new account, depositing money, verification, adding cards, depositing to their fraud site and making new withdrawals.

Worst online casino ever. Depositing money is easy, there’s no limit, and the casino actually works just fine. But to withdraw your money, you have to go through two tough weeks with verifying, sending them about 500 different documents, just to prove your address. And then there’s a limit on the withdrawal, which is fair. But that just means that you have to notify them about the withdrawals multiple times, otherwise they forget to do it, or just cancel your withdrawals. I’ve talked to customer support, probably 40 times, they are very polite, buuuut they don’t help you for shit. Worst withdrawal system ever, feels like scam, should be closed in my opinion. It really can’t be true that it’s the customer, who has to remind the company about the withdrawal being done. Horrible casino

Seit Tagen versuche ich mein Gewinn auszuzahlen und jedes mal wird es abgelehnt, weil angeblich immer irgendwas fehlt.

Einzahlungen klappen ja wie immer prima, hauptsache ihr bekommt die Kohle direkt, aber wenn es ums Auszahlen geht? Ne da muss man dann erstmal 500 Dokumente schicken.

Ihr bekommt eine Einzahlung von MEINEM Konto, in dem ihr wahrscheinlich sowieso meinen Namen seht, für was braucht ihr dann noch Kontoauszüge? Das mit Ausweis kann ich ja noch verstehen zum vergleichen, aber warum ihr extra noch Kontoauszüge braucht verstehe ich nicht.

Keine Ahnung seit wie vielen Tagen ich versuche Kontoauszüge zu schicken, die werden sowieso jedes mal abgelehnt.

Casinos biggest win after loosing 700 Euros was max 10 Euros, no free spins, no nothing… worst casino experience.

They do not let you approve your documents. At first they say it is approved, but when you try to withdraw - they make up stuff… I have been in so many casinos, this is the first where I had such problems.
