Absolutley incredible staff. Helpful, kind, and genuinely understands what they are doing. Instead of writing off the issues I was having they worked with me to figure out what was going on. Could not reccomend them more.

This hoster is the best of the best. I have been with winternode for nearly 3 years and haven't had one problem yet. Not only are the prices one of the best you can find but the support team knows what they are doing and are friendly. The support team is one of the best Ive had with server hosting. The support will reply within minutes and no more then a couple of hours. The UI for winternode is very easy to understand and isnt confusing at all. Anytime I have an issue I know I can open a ticket and get it solved within a hours or so and that is what makes winternode incrediable.

Amazing customer service from Winternode! Between the service on their website to the service inside their discord you get incredibly fast and extremely helpful support. They are very transparent in the resources that you're paying for as well as very reasonable prices for said resources. Overall the best Server Host Provider I've come across and could see myself using them for the foreseeable future!

Loving the server and support I have received since joining! Both mods who have helped me today and in the past were absolutely great! I cannot remember the name of the previous one but today Catceso on the discord server was great and super helpful!

Everything is very simple and easy to set up, especially since I've had some experience beforehand. That and the price, I'd recommend this host to a friend.

Now I wanted to start a Minecraft server and tried multiple server hosting sites. They were all decent, but incredibly overpriced with little to no support. Then I found Winternode, It is super cheap, has great support, and is overall the best. Whether you are new to servers or are a pro, Winternode is the best choice for you.

Listen, for me the most important aspect of a server is performance, and with this hosting's performance, I managed to get 200 CPS when using chunky plugin to pregen the world (most hosts get 20ish, yes I am looking at you APEX!!) Plus it has a free trial, so, what are you waiting for?

Recently swapped to this provider from a previous one (tested 2 others in total for 1-1 month) and so far i have to say its superior to the others ive tried. Highly suggest to people who are new to server hosting like myself. Easily 5/5.

So far the Pros:

- Super quick, reliable and competent support which is also very beginner friendly.
- Very good server specs without pointless limitations to squeeze more money out of customers.
- No random cashgrab "add-ons" on cash-out to fool new to hosting people into spending more.
- Very simple and clean control panel.
- Clean and direct billing panel, payment goes through instantly. They wont make you wait for the service you purchased.
- The free trial is amazing, they let you test things out with a 6 GB RAM service for a few days that lets you access every important feature. (You dont have to link your card either.)
- Having an actually well written guides/knowledgebase section with pictures included.
- Every plan is premium (no budget/premium system gladly).
-The prices are right out godly compared to the current market. Matching the specs offered, unmetered SSD, market leading RAM/Dollar rates.

The Cons:

- Couldnt find an active online players section in the control panel where i could manage them so had to rely on commands from the console (f.e. to give OP, kick, bank etc.)[!This could be just my incompetence not being able to find it if it exists. In that case sorry.!]

WinterNode is my go-to the moment I'm able to set up a server with friends and has been since 2020. My finances can be finicky and I've had to end subscriptions, but more recently they've added an affordable preservation subscription for people in my situation where your income can fluctuate unexpectedly so that you don't lose your service. Every single staff member I've ever dealt with has been pleasant and professional and super understanding when I need help and it is the only server host I recommend to anyone who asks.

They help me a lot to install different config, and i never had issue with my servers

Used them for small Minecraft and Terraria servers with my friends and they worked well. Their support on Discord is fantastic too.

Winternode has made my life owning servers so much easier. And their support team is wonderful.
