To carry out the agreed work. However, they were unable to start or complete the job, as they advised that they were not qualified to undertake the work required. I was informed that the felt and tiles would also need to be removed, which they stated was outside of their scope of work.
After contacting their manager, the team left my property without completing any work.
I have since called on numerous occasions and this is now my second email requesting the return of my deposit of £2,130. I would appreciate the courtesy of a response to my calls and emails.
I feel that I have been misled regarding the services your company could provide. As the agreed work was not carried out, I am formally requesting an immediate refund of my full deposit.
4 day on no call back feel let down and question if this compery should be trading and look into

I have a new brilliant system thanks to Wise Energy. Yes there where some minor glitches but in the main these where sorted out. The company were very quick to respond to issues that I had and work out solutions.

They contacted me and asked me for personal information and I gave it to them and they disappeared and they don't answer me anymore. I'm worried about what they might do with my information, I don't know if it's a scam.
