Online viewer for saved files in cloud storage.Different types of files like .dwg, .pdf, .xlxs, .doc, .tiff, .jpg etc. can be uploaded and viewed online from anywhere. Interesting searching tool to search documents from the archive. Searching can be even done entering a word even among scanned documents. Facility for project workflow management, access management for different level of user and many such facilities are available.
My experience with WiseINDEX has been very positive. It has helped us organize documents more effectively, find files faster, and maintain better control over revisions. The platform has reduced the time spent searching for information and minimized confusion caused by multiple document versions. Overall, WiseINDEX has made our document management process more efficient, reliable, and easier to manage across teams.
