Initially seemed all good. Phone was as described and worked well (Samsung S9+). After 7 months the back of the phone became unglued. I contacted Wise Market and they received my phone on the 26th August and won't acknowledge receiving the phone or indicate what they are going to do - still under warranty. Terrible service - dont be fooled by the good reviews - it's obvious they haven't had to deal with after sales service which still may be on the horizon

I'm trying to make my profile or for whatever the reason they need an otp number but after several tries, I'm not getting it. Never got it. Resolve this issue please.

I recently purchased a OnePlus12R from WiseMarket.
I needed to cancel it due to finding out subsequently that it will not be compatible with Australian networks once 3G is shut down.
WiseMarket were excellent in understanding this and as the phone had not been shipped they immediately refunded me my money.

Thankyou very much for your amazing customer service, often rare these days. I wish you and your business continued success. It was quite unfortunate that there was a fault with my product, and they were unable to fix or replace, they then issued an immeadiate refund. communication and assistance was amazing, as i was having difficulty with the technology side of things requesting assistance. Nothing was too much trouble

Great price, not super fast delivery but still very acceptable. Phone was exactly as described, I love it. After sale follow up was professional and friendly. Would definately buy from Wise Market again.

Great phone and awesome support when I thought there was a problem but there wasn't. Camera is amazing! Better than samsung!

Be wary of this company. I bought a phone off them, what was delivered looked like the same phone as ordered but upon closer inspection it was not the same model advertised and paid for. Was told I had to send the phone back before they could then source and provide the correct model.

Whilst I waited for them to receive and process the returned phone they changed their website to omit the model information for the phone I'd purchased. They then contacted their suppliers and discovered they couldn't actually supply the phone they advertised.

Very much bait and switch vibes...

I just wanted to update my review below (and also my star rating). Just after I posted the below, I found there was a reply in my inbox received around the same time as my review. It was a standard very polite and nice "we have contacted the vendor to expedite you order" and "thank-you for your patience and understanding."
I wrote back and asked for the order to be cancelled...this was address within an hour! The refund back to paypal!

While not so happy that the phone was not shipped as expected, and I thought the initial reply could have been faster (my expectation- not a promise by Wise Market), I understand the delay occurred due to a 3rd party vendor's poor response, and not directly Wise Market's fault. I hope they will review 3rd party vendor's who are slow to respond.

I am very happy that my money was immediately refunded when I asked for it :) Thank-you

I purchased a phone, which was said to ship the next day. There was, however, no option to pay for express shipping. It was to be delivered in 3-6 days. It has been 5 days and is still showing as not shipped. I tried to contact the company via online chat and also by email on day 3 and day 4. I have asked if I can pay for express shipping.
I have had not response/ reply, and I have only received a ticket number.
I am, admittedly super frustrated without a phone, but also very much regretting buying through wise market. So far, their has been no sign of my phone or any customer support...just crickets
I never write reviews - but hope this will jolt a reply...but expecting more crickets.

I have to say, Im so grateful to Wise Market, I bought the Oneplus 12 not a cheap product by any means, it arrived on the day they said the estimate was. I bought it near $500.00 less than from Amazon and awesome service. If you ask them a question you can use there messaging service or call if critical. Love these people and Highly recommend them. Safe secure multiple ways to pay and seriously I purchased a product over a thousand dollars and they delivered by Australia Post they have my respect and confidence, thankyou Wise Market x also I called them to make sure was an International version for Australia and Guaranteed it will be or call as I talked to ONEPLUS and the CN versions even with a Global Rom is different hardware..! Locked out of Google Play Store and many other apps. Its designed for China! Wise Market came through. Please do your research specialy on tech or ask they make sure you buy the right product. Cant say much more praise Im highly educated and Wise Market have my respect and confidence.

My dealings with Wise Market has been good and their helpline has been very helpful regarding a couple of issues i had which they rectified regarding the address fields lack of suitable drop-down options when attempting fill out my address to order the phone.
The Pixel 8a price was great compared with other providers.
The phone arrived 8 days after ordering and is fantastic.
My only piece of constructive criticism (hence the loss of 2 stars) is that this phone is the Japanese spec. This piece of vital information for me was not displayed anywhere prior to purchasing the phone.
Why does this matter?: well it means that camera shutter cannot be turned onto silent, so in sensitive social settings like meetings, church services, funerals etc all you will hear is me clicking away. It's frustrating as i already love the phone and don't want to return it (and wait a further period of time) ......and i need a phone now as my old phone no longer functions.

UPDATE: [**43391**] the so-called 'compensation' that was on offer to me turned out to be a derisory $20 - laughable if it wasn't so tragic and misjudged. This $20 can be spent on their website the next time that I place an order ( really?! ....you think i'm going to be a repeat customer?- you lost me at $20)
Their correspondence with me regarding their mistake was apologetic and said all the right warm fuzzy things but unfortunately it all rang a little hollow - $20 doesn't shout 'we're sorry'. For this reason I have re-adjusted their star rating from 3 stars to 1.
Whoever embodies the nameless Wise Market Customer Support person whom I dealt with (who never did sign-off with their name), they need to realise that 'Customer Service' and 'Building a Customer base' is more than skin deep platitudes.

Never bought anything due to misleading advertising. Search results show a "BRAND NEW" iPhopne 14 plus for (not from) AUD1051.00
This is not true. Their website shows prices the phone at AUD1422.00 Brand New.
Not worth the risk.

Wise Market requested a copy of the advertisement, which I have provided. Clearly shows the label "Brand New", although the price has now changed from AUD1051.00 up to AUD1256.00

Unfortunately Wisemarket were not able to supply me with a phone. It was not made clear that once I provided them with the order and paid for the item that they then had to actually find a phone for me (IE no guarantee on how long this might take - so the ETA provided after order confirmation was really just a guess). I was advised an ETA of 1 x week after my order was confirmed. A week went past and no updates had been provided. I emailed Wisemarket the following week and they got back to me to advise that they were following it up. I prompted on several further occasions over the course of another week and they responded on each occasion with something similar. It did delay me getting a phone as i had to cancel with Wisemarket after over 2 x weeks and order through another company. On a positive note, they did maintain communication after my emails for updates at all times and did promptly arrange the refund once i cancelled the order.

Best price I could find for Steam Deck OLED in NZ, shipping was a day late but still acceptable at 6 business days. Quick responses from customer service. Very happy with the product and overall service.

Another comment was that I returned a broken watch they sent me, no confirmation via email what to expect, the customer service guy Harry was terrible, the phone wasn't even activated. They promised my watch would arrive on time, but the watch came in with unchargeable state, so I returned it and have now spent over a week waiting for the watch! They didn't even mention "sorry", if they had just said "sorry" I would have waited another week, I've been waiting two weeks! long.ALSO THE COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN TEST WHETHER THE DEVICE WORK BEFORE SENDING TO YOU!

Placed an order, had no communication from them regarding my order for weeks - I had to reach out and email asking why it had not been sent. Got a reply saying "thanks for being patient". Called them, was told over the phone that my product was coming from overseas, a week later recieved an email saying the colour I wanted wasn't in stock, am I happy with being sent a different colour - no I've waited a month for this phone. Honestly save your time and effort and just wait until JB HI FI has a sale on a product you want.....

Now still FIGHTING them for refund but suddenly stopped replying on chat on website.

First of all, even thought it's express shipping, they didn't ship my order for 5-6 DAYS without notification till I contacted them. Finally dispatched it after asked them TWICE.

Secondly, DIFFERENT PHONE was arrived. (Ordered RED but GLAY came and it has a HUGE GAP between cover and body like someone forcibly opened for battery with tool and left as it is unprofessionally)

That's not all, claimed it, returned the phone immediately and they offered me full refund in 2-3days but I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT YET after that day passed.

Better buy at more reliable place, not here.

Scam, put in 2 different credit cards with no luck.

Today Marks one month since my order was placed and they happily took my money without sending my product.

I logged a dispute with PayPal and then all of the sudden they were so sorry and all that. Sent a tracking number and after 20 days of the so called package on the way PayPal payed me back.

Just stay away for you own sanity

I ordered a phone from their website, and everything went smoothly, including the accepted payment. However, after two days of no updates, I attempted to contact customer service through various channels: email, website chat, Facebook, and phone calls (although their phone line was consistently disconnected). Unfortunately, none of my requests received a response. Suspecting a potential scam, I decided to stop the payment via PayPal. Surprisingly, I received a quick reply from them stating that my payment was ‘on hold,’ even though everything appeared fine on my end. They assured me they would communicate with PayPal to release the payment and send the phone, but unfortunately, nothing happened afterward. Despite my willingness to pay through alternative methods, they remained unresponsive.

Now, I find myself without a phone, $745 less in my account, and no reimbursement from them. I’ve initiated a procedure with PayPal to recover my money. I strongly recommend avoiding this company due to their lack of customer service and broken promises. Save yourself the stress and disappointment by looking elsewhere.
