They get payment in advance and didn't pay me back my payment they fraud please do not order anything from them

I bought a as new Google Pixel 4a 5G from Wisemarket. It arrived "super fast" and was in pristine condition. I recommend buying from them as they have excellent communication with their customers and will help you out if you have any concerns about any item you buy from them. 5/5

Super helpful crew here. I accidentally ordered the wrong case as I didn't realise there was a difference between an S9 and S9+, but they allowed me to send it back and exchange it for the correct one, even though they didn't have to. The whole time I was kept updated via email, and when it arrived, I recieved a phone call making sure that everything was alright.

10/10 serivce. If you need top quality cases for great prices, these are your guys.

Prompt responses were received to all my questions regarding a product I was interested in purchasing.

Once I ordered the product there was a delay in shipping the product. But when I contacted them they rectified the issue almost immediately.

Product has now arrived and although I am yet to try it out, it looks perfect.

Quick delivery, and a good quality refurbished phone at affordable price.

I bought a phone case from them, and found that they had excellent service with quick shipping and a good product. I was kept informed from purchase to arrival of how my order was going, and was overall very satisfied with the experience of buying from them.

Brought 2 phones and got them with in 3 days.
No invoice with them spoke on the chat line and they sent one to me straight away even to my partners email.

Price was good for the item.

But the delivery was not the best:
1. I had to pay $6.95 at the post office, because there were only two $1.20 stamps on the parcel - it's not a letter, it's a parcel

2. My delivery details (name and address) were printed on the smallest piece of paper, which you could barely read, which meant the shipping had to be manually handled, instead of read by the optical reader at AUPost, so it took later than expected.

Could you in future:
1. Pay the right amount for the parcel, or package it accordingly
2. Print the address in a larger font

I found a hard to find US spec phone in excellent condition on Wise Market. A lot of other refurb sites don't list the exact model number so you're not sure what your buying. Purchasing was easy and the free delivery was superfast. Thank you
