Super fast delivery, got a refurbished apple watch, and it was as good as new, so it’s trustworthy. Customer service was great, ensured consumer satisfaction. highly recommend!

I ordered an iPhone which arrived broken ( didn’t even switch on) got a return slip from the company (all good) but it took a few phone calls and emails including a threat to report them and a month to get the refund
However I did get the refund and an apology.
It appears that the goods are outsourced so the vendor is to blame. I hope the company clamps down on wayward vendors

The delivery was quick and packaged well I got used iPads but I didn’t expect them to look and work like a brand-new iPads. In fact I bought a few. I’m very happy with the service and I’ll get my future iPads for my office from them.

I ordered 2020 128GB iPad pro, then I received a iPad pro 2018 64GB. Is this a scam ? I ask for tax invoice and you promise to give a hard copy, no tax invoice included. I am very disappointed with this shopping experience, asking for return and refund now

I am on my 3rd replacement, the company treats the issues with no urgency and has promised partial refunds for screen protectors over the phone, but won't do anything about that now as it wasn't in writing.
