I only purchased through the wishtrend website because the influencer I trust uses this website along with other sites ofcourse... I just received the items that I ordered and the dispenser is not dispensing. I emailed the wishtrend site right away but they kept asking for proof that the dispenser was faulty through picture then they had the nerve to ask for a video of me trying to fix it/get it to work🤦🏽‍♀️ I did everything they asked of me and I still haven't been offered a replacement. I have been purchasing way too much online during the pandemic....I have not experienced such bad customer service from anyone else luckily. Wishtrend just lost a customer. I only wrote a review because I want to warn other shoppers. There are many other great sites with great if not better customer service out there. Wishtrend is not one!

Edit: They responded and took care of the issue so for that I am thankful for. Although I do feel like they were going a bit far by requesting a video clip, in the end they offered me a reshipment or refund.

I 25% extra for my order to the EU because they changed policies. I ordered from them in the past and never had any problems but now they changed policies, I guess. It’s ridiculous because they only offer shipping when you buy for 150$ right now, due to covid. Won’t order again.

I got an email from DHL delivery company, which states that I need to pay $45.32 on a $200 order for customs clearance. I have ordered from Wishtrend multiple times before and I was never ever charged for custom clearance fees.
They have changed their international shipping policy recently, and all the orders' duty fees will be paid by customers.
Be aware that you will have to include an extra 25% in price when you order from Wishtrend as part of the customs clearance fee, which will be charged to you later.

If your product goes missing, it's all on you. I reached out to them acouple years ago when I didn't receive three bottles of vitamin c and they basically told me to call my local post carrier. Like which one? USPS? UPS? FedEx? Also they didn't even acknowledge the fact that I told them the tracking number stopped working and nothing was showing up when I clicked on it. Two years later and I still haven't received my products or a refund.

Very disappointing that they sell products for huge amount in india.
They don't think about the customers or how they buy. It is okay for richer people but what for the others. They are interested in claiming money. They don't think of customers satisfaction. And they even replying for any reviews. And it's very disgusting.

I really wanted Korean skincare that you can’t get in New Zealand and considering the pandemic I thought it would take ages to arrive - but it arrived exactly a week later :) So excited to use the products!

I had somewhat a good experience the first time I purchased their products. It did take about a month or so to get to me with little tracking detailed information. I didn't really mind that it took a month to get to me so I decided to order a second time because I like their products. However, let me tell you, they had the worst customer service ever! They only care about making money, they don't care about their customers at all. They claimed that they processed the order so fast that within just a few minutes of placing the order, you can no longer cancel your order if you make a mistake on your purchase. When contacted with customer service, they said "customer is our top priority" they lied. I sent them a cancellation request a few minutes after I placed the order and they said they will send my request to HQ and will update me regarding my order but they never did. It's been a week since I placed the order and contacted them but I have yet to hear back from them. My order status still shows as "processing" and yet, no one contacted me regarding my order request. If processing time really is that fast like they claimed to be, wouldn't it be shipped by now? That's what their customer service representative told me. They don't care about their customers. Periodt.

Habe dort ein Set aus mehreren Produkten bestellt. Hat anfangs etwas gedauert und wurde wegen Corona leider erst wieder an Wishtrend zurück gesandt. Diese boten mir dann aber, nachdem ich bei dem super nette und schnelle Customer Service eine Anfrage gestellt hatte, eine kostenlose Express Lieferung per DHL an. Das Paket war innerhalb einer Woche da. Zwei Tage später erhielt ich ein zweites mit genau dem gleichen Inhalt. Wishtrend hatte aus Versehen zwei Pakete an mich geschickt. Ich wandte mich nochmal an den Customer Service welche mich freundlicherweise das zweite Paket ohne weiter Kosten behalten lassen haben. Super begeistert von den Produkten und dem Service!

My first order from Wishtrend and honestly, I am very pleased with the purchase!!!In first I got scared,because I had less information...where is my package...But hopefully I got it!!!
I order it on 25.01.20 and it came today 11.02.20.

i loved wishtrend, but after my second purchase i will NEVER order from this site again. I waited for 2 months for my order, after i complained they send me a tracking number which i followed. when i got my package i discovered i got only ONE set of my 8 items i ordered. after complaining AGAIN they told me there is a second package with different tracking number! ( why i didnt get two tracking numbers on the first place) that come 10 days later. On top of this they changed the addres name with the billing name. The customer service support is some robot and the communication is extremely nerving. So i really have enough of wishtrend.

I've had great experiences with Wishtrend, their products are very good and the shipping didn't take too long, considering I live in France. Never had any problems and their customer service was good and replied fairly fast. Plus, they regularly make great deals with high discounts.

So i have been getting cosmetics from wishtrend for a couple of years now. I must say I was not very happy that they stopped shipping to certain countries, but as i was currently in a country that they deliver to i ordered once again. Awesome cosmetics! And the best customer service i have ever contacted! They are really fast to reply, extremely helpful and have individual approach to the customer! I highly
recommend them! Fast shipping, fast response, great products. One of the best shopping experiences you can get online!

I bought the led mask from them and was so disappointed to hear that I have to pay a huge fine to customs as they did not properly ship the package with the correct documents. The package took over 30 days and now costs me double.

So this was my first purchase on wishtrend and after shipping it to Belgium it got halted by customs as they did not add any info about the products to the package. As a result I am facing huge fines almost exceeding the purchasing price of my order.

Just avoid Wishtrend and use a site like Yesstyle instead to make sure you don’t lose your money.

I'm not really sure why Wishtrend has so many bad reviews...

One of my favorite Youtubers had a box bundle deal that I couldn't pass up, so it was my first time buying from Wishtrend. It seemed like there was an issue processing my order, so I emailed their customer service 2 weeks later. A Wishtrend representative responded back to me the next day and my order was processed and shipped right away, on the same day.

Nothing was broken or missing when I opened the package. Wishtrend actually included more freebies! Not many of their products are sold on sites I am familiar with, so I would definitely purchase from Wishtrend again!!

Just wait for their deals or sales, since some of their products are a bit pricey.

I’ve used them for a few years and I love the products that they sell. I didn’t have any problems with anything until this year when an order I made hadn’t gone through and my payment was rejected. I emailed back with all information requested, and haven’t gotten any response. After that I still haven’t tried to make another order or email customer service yet. Everything seems good until an actual problem happens.

I made an order for a set of product but they charged me thrice. I email them about the problem and they cancel my 2 orders and proceed the third one for shipping.After 2 days they refund me for 1 one of the order. It's been 2 weeks now but still the refund amount of second cancellation is unknown to me. I tried to contact them again but no one is answering it. Totally disappointing I won't purchase it again.

I made an order that did not go thru, but the money left my account. Wishtrend told me that they made the refund, but a month has passed and I still have not gotten my money back. Do not recommend, because they are using Paymentwall for payment transfers and looking at the reviews of Paymentwall, i am assuming that they are a scam company. Really dissappointed and lost a lot of money.
