Obtained Ghost e-mtb. Every other year engine failure, 1st replaced on warranty after threatening with legal actions, 2nd without support. Ghost, a manufacturer with low quality products and pathetic customer attitude - stay away from them.

Bought a cam chain tensioner for next day delivery. 2 days later not been dispatched and no response from email.

Dont bother with this company, used to be reputable when the stores were open.

Edit: Someone from support email back on 1 July 2026 stating it will be dispatched. They still didnt so this until 2 July 2026 causing further delays

Habe mein Ghost E-Bike zur Inspektion gebracht wobei die Werkstatt festgestellt hat das das eine Gewinde im Rahmen vom Stoßdämpfer nicht mehr inordnung ist Ghost lässt sich viel viel Zeit beim bearbeiten. Habe selbst auch schon mal bei Ghost angefragt was nun ist aber die wollten eine Bearbeitungs. Rahmen Nr. und noch mehr haben. Alles nur bla bla bla nie wieder Ghost Fully

Purchased an item,next day delivery advertised on product,still after 4 days no delivery,have emailed the company,no response for over a day,they don’t answer emails,have no idea when or if my order will arrive,very poor customer service

I am writing this review in regards to the return & refund of a pair of motorcycle boots which were far too small.
Although as an older retired person I found the initial online return process difficult to navigate, with help, once this was achieved the actual refund was prompt.
I was pleased with this prompt response & full refund into my bank account for the items, which hasn't always been the case with other sellers.
So credit to Ghostbikes for this, which is greatly appreciated & prevented additional stress.

Ich hatte eine Anfrage zu fehlenden Schrauben für meinen Lapierre Aero Carbon Lenker und war mir unsicher bei der richtigen Auswahl. Der Support hat extrem schnell reagiert und kompetent geholfen.

Purchased a pair Goretex motorcycle trousers six months ago which are not waterproof (have pictures of a very wet groin and back which accompanied my emails !!) I commute to Manchester on a weekly basis and Manchester not known for its hot weather !

Emailed them three times and was given the excuse the pants are not waterproof in heavy rain - strange no mention of this when purchasing !! Would avoid this company who like their products are far from satisfactory

Misleading postage and poor customer service.
Advertises next day postage with Royal Mail then sends with the worst courier in the UK EVRI on a 5 day service.
When you contact them they just don’t reply. Terrible company who mislead there customers.
The feefo reviews on there website is very misleading to. Feefo is an invite by the seller review company that only let the good sales leave reviews.
Horrendous service and company avoid at all costs.

Inakzeptabeler Kundenservice. Es wird einem nicht ausreichend geholfen bei defekten Bauteilen und dann einfach aufgehört zu antworten wenn man mehrfach nachfragt . Absolut nicht zu empfehlen !

Try getting a refund even after they have agreed to it writing! Chased daily and every time the same excuse ' we're doing everything we can ' .... except making the refund. Being local, i have bought from them regularly over the years. No more. With J&S and Sportsbike at the same or better prices they've lost a long term customer for good.. never again.

Wasn't sure which parts to order for my year bike, so I asked Ghost Bikes. They told me exactly what part numbers to order, which I did.
When I came to fit the parts, one part was wrong and didn't fit.
I emailed them directly, and through their ebay store and have had no reply at all.
VERY unprofessional company, I will be doing everything I can to get my £85 back

I ordered motorbike clothing they took the payment waited a few days then I had to contact them to see why order hadn't been dispatched eventually I got an answer to say they were out of stock no alternative was offered there customer service was crap there sorry was crap I now have to wait on a refund so I can go to a more trustworthy company the insult to injury was they still tried to send one part which they have put on sale don't use them use a company with a good reputation

Ich habe im Juni 2025 ein Ghost E-Bike (CHF 6’999.–) gekauft. Bereits nach nur 259 km war die Hinterradnabe (FH-TC500) defekt. Laut Fachwerkstatt sind darin sehr einfache Radlager verbaut, die den Belastungen eines modernen E-Bikes nicht standhalten – für ein Bike dieser Preisklasse sehr enttäuschend.

Nach meiner Reklamation verwies mich Ghost zunächst nur an den Händler, und ich erhielt wochenlang keine hilfreiche Antwort. Das war sehr frustrierend.

Positiv: Nach erneuter Prüfung haben Ghost und der Händler die Reparaturkosten (CHF 294.70) schliesslich vollständig übernommen.

Fazit: Qualität und erste Kommunikation waren ungenügend, die späte Lösung aber immerhin kulant.

Ich würde wieder ein Fahrrad von und bei Ghost kaufen. Es gab kleine Probleme, wie das die Vorderlampe mal defekt war oder die Kette kaputtgegangen ist. Hat mich jetzt zwar nicht gefreut, doch was ich immer bekommen habe, ist vollständige Garantieleistung und ohne Probleme und so erwarte ich das auch. Das Fahrrad selber ist auch super.

Still no refund after two weeks.

Es waren nicht die angegebenen Komponenten angebaut und auch keine vergleichbaren. Es wurde mir gesagt, das wäre kein Problem. Ich könnte gleichwertige nachgeliefert bekommen. Daraufhin habe ich das Bike zu einem zertifizierten Ghost Händler gebracht. Der hatte dann wieder Kontakt mit Ghost. Dann wurde etwas anderes eingebaut als vorher mehrfach bestätigt vom Support. Ein ewiges hin und her. Hätte ich das geahnt, hätte ich es direkt wieder zurückgeschickt. Aber ich konnte es ja nicht ahnen es hieß ja vom Support erst mal „alles kein Problem“…..Einmal und nie wieder Ghost.

An meinem e-Bike (12 Jahre) hatte ich einen Rahmenbruch. Auf meine E-Mail mit der Frage: kann Ghost den Rahmen schweißen oder mir empfehlen wer das kann, bekam ich keine Antwort! Auf mein späteres Telefonat kam die lapidare Antwort: das machen wir nicht!
Nie wieder Ghost!!!

Wir hatten Probleme mit einem Dropperseatpost, der im Laufe von ca. 5 Jahren im Carbonrahmen festkorrodiert war. Der Servicemitarbeiter von Ghost ließ das Rad abholen. Die Mitarbeiter bei Ghost schafften es ohne Schaden am Carbonrahmen den Dropperseatpost aus dem Rahmen zu bekommen.
Der Rahmen wurde mit einem neuen Dropperseatpost und Sattel sehr schnell an uns zurückgeliefert. Super Service und ein sehr gutes EMTB.
Ich wohne in Dänemark.
Ich war vor 6 Jahren auf einem Shimanoevent in Südtirol. Hier wurde ich von den Ghostmitarbeitern außergewöhnlich gut beraten, was der Grund war, warum ich mir ein Ghost EMTB gekauft habe.
In allen den vergangenen Jahren, ist mir von Ghost immer schnell geholfen worden. Jetzt bin 76 Jahre.

Avoid. No phone line now. Emails ignored. Week to dispatch in stock item, then dispatched on Friday meaning 24 hours delivery is 3 days to Monday, use useless EVRI who have parked up the parcel and itks vanished. Other stuff bought recently also taken days to dispatch.

I put an order in for items clearly shown as IN STOCK on website for next day delivery - for a birthday present.
After 3 working days of no shipment, and no notification either(5 days in total) - I tried getting hold of someone - but their phone wasn't answered. I then emailed instead, and initially got absolutely no response either.
Their communication was SO poor and slow - I had already given up and gone elsewhere for the items - all of which had been delivered (next day)... well before I got any Ghost Bikes response!
I had even contacted the bank to see if I could recover the payment - because I'd just not heard anything.
(Other than the initial order conformation for next day delivery!)
It took another couple of days - to finally get an apologetic email response from Richard - to say they didn't have all the items in stock after all and would I like some of it?

Waste of time and effort dealing with Ghost Bikes - and so sadly I am now awaiting a refund...
