Emerald has been super useful to track my overall health, the whole process took less than 5 working days from start to finish. Beyond the detailed report, the team also takes the time to dive into the report with you which is a huge plus.

Great experience with Emerald. The lab visit was smooth and professional, and the results were ready surprisingly quickly. The post-results GP consultation was clear, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I especially appreciated how my wearable data was integrated alongside the lab markers. Having additional insights into my own past data alongside the lab results is really great.

I’ve tried multiple health-monitoring services before, but Emerald genuinely stands out.

Booking was effortless and intuitive, and I never felt lost in the process. The dashboard is clean and user-friendly (no digging through paperwork to find key insights).

What really impressed me was how thoughtfully the results were presented. Everything is explained clearly, even for someone without a medical background. The follow-up GP call was a highlight. Knowledgeable, supportive, and not rushed (a real contrast to many clinical experiences).

Emerald’s integration with wearable tech contributes that extra layer of context to the data which made the health advice feel tailored to me, not generic.

Overall, the service feels personal, professional, and truly invested in helping you take control of your health. I’d recommend Emerald to anyone serious about preventive care.

Very professional and quality service

Effortless experience and amazing insights and results dashboard. In a different league to anything I have used previously, whether it was NHS or private.

I moved from the US recently and had been looking for a preventative health service in the UK. I found Emerald and couldn’t recommend it more! From booking the appointment to understanding my results and action steps to meeting with the GP, everything was seamless. Emerald provides so much valuable health information in accessible and easy to understand ways. It has definitely been a game changer for me.

The process for booking and completing my blood tests was straightforward, and everything was explained clearly at each step. The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. Overall, I felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend their services.

There were three main things that I loved about the Emerald platform.

Firstly, it is incredibly easy to book and a very simple and streamlined experience.

Secondly, the platform is simply laid out, with an easy interface. Gone are the days of having to trawl through documents trying to find key information. I would also add that the access to GPs only enhances the simplicity of the experience - it is a no brainer when it takes 6 months to be seen on the NHS.

Thirdly, the platform allowed me to integrate in my wearable tech data. I am a whoop wearer (other brands are available) and was able to submit data from the past 6 months to provide a greater understanding to the GP of the lifestyle I live. This is a vital addition to provide bespoke feedback on my health.

Lastly, I would add that this is very reasonably priced (and was covered by my Simply Health enrolment through work).

Great platform - have just signed up. Love the UX and the level of detail, and value for money is amazing. 10/10 would recommend! Outstanding customer service as well.

Love how you get the results, the follow up from doctors is great, the platform is amazing! Overall it made it feel like I was really taking control of my health and what I can do to improve it. I had a marker very out of range and the team quickly help me understand what I could do about it and now I am all healthy and good :)

I was desperately looking for a preventative health service like Emerald in the UK for a long time, and am so happy I found them. Smooth process, good comms, friendly staff, great tech/dashboard. My advice is to get on the waitlist ASAP :)

I had just hit 40 so I thought a health test would just be a good idea. The whole experience was brilliant, signing up was super easy and there was a test centre just down the road from my office. I was in and out within 45 minutes and got my test results 72 hours later.

The results were super interesting to look at and so in-depth. I went over them and got recommendations from one of their GP's, who was so professional and knowledgeable.

Such a great service. I'll be coming back each year. Highly recommended.

Someone like Emerald has been needed in the market for a long time.

Despite early days, they have provided a great efficient service and are actively looking at ways to grow their offering. A real difference for me has been the ability to link into a GP to review the results. The discussion was very useful and not rushed like in the NHS.

Amazing product! Intuitive interface, and most importantly outstanding service and medical competence. Preventative health is a sensitive area and I was initially sceptical about using an "app" for it, but seeing how individualized, personal and medically sound Emerald service is, I changed my mind! I have tried a lot of the private market testing and there are a lot of good providers. Emerald is a cut above the rest. The report you get is completely bespoke with actionable advise and unlimited contact points by chat. I’ve never seen a product that offers this level of insight and guidance in the UK market. Would 100% recommend.
