I have used WJF Gas for the last 4 years and every time their level of service is exemplary. The most recent visit Harry completed the work I needed done brilliantly exactly to the requirements I needed. They are my go to heating and plumbing service provider.

WJF installed a replacement boiler for us with speed, efficiency and care. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them as trustworthy and professional.

WJF repaired a fault on our boiler within 24hrs (the time to get the new part). They arrived when they said they would, did the job with the minimum of fuss and cleaned up before they left. Recommended

I had called the washing machine installers from the company I bought it from and they ended up breaking my kitchen pipe. Thankfully my neighbours told me about WJF services and I called up Billy and explained the emergency and that I needed plumber services the same day. I was quoted a reasonable fees and within a few hours the issue was attended to. Ollie arrived and repaired the pipes and connected the washing machine. He checked there were no leaks or issues. I am extremely happy with the politeness, friendliness and professionalism displayed by this company. Very reliable and certainly recommended to anyone who needs their services 😊

Was looking for a local company to fix a piping issue, they visited to check out the problem then didn't get back to me with a quote as promised even after emailing a couple of times.

Obviously too busy or didn't want to take the job on - would have preferred a bit of honesty instead of waiting. Took his ideas and went elsewhere!

What a great job, had a new Worcester Bosch replacment boiler fitted by Billy and his aprentice, they arrived as arranged and started by protecting our floors. The work was carried out all in 1 day with a further visit 2 days later for the flush through. I am more than happy with their work and the finish is excelent, clean and tidy. Look forward to seeing them for the service later in the year.

From start to finish we received a really professional service. We needed a replacement boiler. We contacted Worcester Bosch Thursday evening, we were put in contact with WJF Gas Services, and had a new boiler the following Monday. Communication was great throughout, the boiler was registered by WJF and we received all the paperwork the same day of installation. The job was carried out by John and his assistant. They arrived on time, were really professional throughout, laid down protective coverings on the floors and kitchen surfaces, were very tidy, thoroughly checked all appliances were fully working before departing.

Turned up on time. Did the job, replacement float in cold water tank. Very confined space. Would use this company again.

I am usually skeptical about companies with 5 star reviews but in this case it is justified.
We had our back boiler replaced with a new boiler which was located in our loft bedroom. This involved rerouting the gas supply on the outside of the house. The work was carried out with great professionalism and courtesy. Unforeseen issues arose during the installation but all were dealt with in a calm manner and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
The workmen were very respectful of our property and everything was left clean and tidy.
The new boiler works well and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
WJF Gas were the most competitive of the 3 quotes we obtained.

Doesn’t reply to calls, voicemails or text messages, which is just rude. If you like being ignored this is the service for you.

We had a boiler breakdown and Billy came to the rescue. He installed an efficient Worcester Bosch boiler that came with a 10 Year warranty. The job was carried out in one day and he was very tidy. Would highly recommend.
