My order, which was confirmed to be on its way on March 11th, was finally received on May 28th, following a significant delay in delivery. Despite my efforts to obtain information about the status of my package as the delivery time was extended, my attempts to contact the company were met with unresponsiveness, and the tracking number provided no updates. After two months without any communication about my order, I resorted to posting on the company's Facebook page to alert others about their unreliable service.

Subsequently, the company reached out to me, citing that they would investigate the whereabouts of my package, and provided me with a new tracking number that didn't exist. Despite their reassurances that my package had been dispatched, I remained skeptical. Nevertheless, I eventually received my package but was disappointed to find that the quality of the clothing was subpar and appeared unlikely to endure extended use. Furthermore, one of the hoodies had a defect, with a wolf motif being obscured by a black patch.

In my pursuit of a refund for these disappointing items, the company has ceased all communication with me. Though I received the items I ordered, the overall experience did not justify the time and money spent. This ordeal has taught me a valuable lesson: always consult reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot before completing a purchase.

Ordered two necklaces for a Mother's Day gift April 25, 2024 and still haven't received. Sent several emails regarding the purchase and payment given to no avail. They are still sending emails after I inquired about my order but none are regarding my complaint, but about other deals they have going on for different products. Tried calling the number on the website and emails and it's out of service, clearly a fake phone number. I made a formal complaint to the BBB so if this has happened to you, please go email them and write a complaint. This site needs to be shut down!!! They are defrauding the actual real Wolf mission - missionwolf[dot]org

I ordered a ring. Company says they are from Colorado but the transit on shipping says China. Not long after ordering I got an email apologizing but they are experiencing a delay and expect 9 day delay. I called the Customer Service number and it is no longer in service.

They got me for $40. This is definitely a scam. I ordered from a add on Facebook which will be last timenI do that

WARNING!! This website is scam.
It's been two months and still haven't recieved my order. I been trying to contact them for weeks but they ignore all my mails and their phone number is not even working.

The shirt is nothing like the pictures. There is no fabric or washing information in it. It's NOT made nor does it come from the United States. It is definitely not worth the price. I won't even attempt a return because I doubt I'll get a refund.

Well, to be honest after 27mails finally received a percentage refund. Better then nothing but still does not remove the disappointment.

Still waiting for my coat ,you took £65 out of my account straight away, not had any confirmation from you this is the 3rd email I have sent to you, so can I have some information saying what is happening, or have I been Scammed

Ordered the wolf hoodie. It took almost 30 days to arrive and the sewing was awful. The sude pockets were sewn in backwards and there was a large middle pocket the covered the wolf's muzzle. When I asked for a return for refund they said they couldn't take a return but would give me a 30% refund. They don't advertise this but I'm pretty sure these come from China. No quality control! I countered for a 50% refund which they accepted. I will deconstruct the pockets so I can wear the hoodie.

Avoid these scammers! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered the hoody at £40 and the quality is absolutely terrible. The item delivered bears no resemblance to the photograph of the item advertised. It’s cheap, nylon not knitted wool or cotton as it appears on the website. Completely misrepresented. I could go on with a long list of differences, suffice to say it’s not worth the £40 (or the £90+ it’s supposed original retail price 😂😠) I also doubt they make a contributions to the conservation and preservation of these beautiful animals. So disappointing. Complained directly to them, but had no reply. Really wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Avoid.

Worst made items I've seen in a long time delivery says 3-9 days they took almost 4 weeks to get here. Made for cheapest nylon material. I ordered a fall jumper and a wolf t shirt both made of cheap nylon crap. Please don't buy from these people and very unlikely helping wolfs more like helping themselfs and don't answer emails either

Received my wolf hoodie.. over a month later..it is nothing like the picture on the site!!! Called customer service at the number 1-800-397-6547 and it says call can't be completed as dialed please check the number and try again!! Lmfao wonder if they really help the wolves

The material is poor quality, looks nothing like the picture. The size is wrong. I ordered large but it's way too small for me. It's poorly made, a cheap ,very cheap knock off. I've been completely conned. I wouldn't have given $5 for the garment that I got. Shame on the company.

Took a bit longer than expected but I love my coat to bits

I really wish I'd read the reviews before. The quality of the fabric is truly awful- flimsy, badly stitched, artificial, no label of any kind. The size is all wrong, I ordered 'L' but the hoodie fits my average size, 8 year old daughter. The product looks great in the photos so it's very misleading. Complete waste of money and a disgrace to potentially a very noble cause.

I saw a lovely hoodie advertised on Facebook by this company and ordered it as a treat for my 64th Birthday on 31/1/23 didn’t receive it until today 15/2/24 had 2 e mails stating they had higher than usual volume of orders for the hoodie, I’m very disappointed with this item firstly it looks nothing like what was advertised, the material on the advertised item looks like sweater material but it has a hood, the material on this ‘hoodie’ I received isn’t sweater material or even hoodie material, it’s nylon or polyester I would say, very thin, I am a bigger girl so ordered 3XL size and this is tight, more like a L size, I can’t wear it, even the pockets are backwards! I had saw that on a review posted under the Facebook advertisement also but after I’d ordered it, there was a cheap leather look bracelet in the package with a plastic wolf’s head button on it, perhaps as a ‘free’ gift, no paperwork included, when I checked the address there is no company listed in the business park named Wolf Mission 🤷‍♀️ I wish I’d checked trust pilot before ordering this, I don’t think these people support wolves at all as to me it’s a scam of sorts, do not order any of their products, they should be shut down!

I looked here after I placed my order and got a little scared. My order did arrive later than claimed by the shop, still within a month. Now for the quality of the coat. It's an ok quality, I won't recommend it for freezing weather. It's more like a coat for springtime. The fit is smaller than the actual size ordered. Glad I always order a size larger (I never trust in where clothing is made), so it fits just nicely. There are two rows of buttons and one is false, which I think is quite the bummer.
And yeah... They're scammers... They think of their own pockets to fill first. I could't find proof of them helping wolves.

I ordered ONE coat on Dec. 8 23. A popup added a 2nd coat size sm. I immediately notified them that this was an error and tried to cancel the 2nd order, the still had my payment info and charged me the 2nd coat. I've tried for months to get a refund- to this date they still have done nothing. I also tried to return the coat I DID order-- but they want to charge me a fee. Here are some of their responses to me:

I purchased my shirt on 12/31/23. On 1/7/24 I received notice that the package had been shipped. Tracking information indicated that shipping actually occurred on 1/5/24. I queried the company about the package on 1/15/24. On 1/16/24 I received a response with a personal guarantee that the package had actually been shipped this time (“as we speak,” was the promise). However, the tracking number I was given on the new shipment was the same tracking number I was given for the 1/5/24 shipment. Upon checking, the package (shipped on 1/5/24 or was it on 1/16/24?) had just managed cleared customs the day before.
The same day (1/16/24), I requested a cancellation of the order. Unfortunately, I was informed that the package had left their control, and there was nothing they could do to cancel or change the order. The package did not leave their distribution center in Elks Grove Village, IL until the 1/17/24. For the next seven days, the package floated around in space until it landed on my front door step on 1/24/24.
What I received looks nothing like what was advertised on their web site. The two T-shirts are not heavy cotton, but some kind of thin synthetic material. The hoodie (where do I begin) is thin fabric, has three buttons (not the six as in the ad). The hoodie tie is a shoe string, not a cotton cord. The pockets and sleeves are not finished with binding (as in the ad), and the pocket is sewn on the front side of the wolf image. The lower part of its jaw and nose are covered by the pocket that should have been sewn on the reverse side as to not cover the image (like in the photo). Lastly, the wolf image itself is so large, nearly half the head and ears are not present. I would (could) include photos of the advertisement, and the actual shirt for comparison but, this site does not give that option.
