Ordered a sweater on dec. 5th for christmas-it's now april 19th-no sweater yet.tried to contact many times-no responce.asked for refund-no answer.guess i'm not alone.want a refund. will never buy from them again.r.m.

Una estrella y porque no hay menos. Este sitio es una estafa, ojalá haber leido antes las reseñas. Yo confiada. Pedí unos pendientes hace 5 meses, escribo a "atención al cliente" y me ignoran por completo. Me escribieron una vez para decirme que estaban colapsados de pedidos, pero que lo enviarían pronto. Pues cansada de escribir y de pedir el reembolso pero todos los correos son simplemente ignorados.

J ai passer une commande pour ma fille et je n'es rien reçu depuis des mois malgré d'avoir essaye de les contacter via leur service de contact et mails aussi. Afuir rapidement malgré les belles photos de leurs produits.

Meine Bestellung Nr. 96326 vom 01.02.2026 ist laut Tracking seit dem 02.02.2026 „unterwegs“, wurde aber bis heute (28.03.2026) nicht geliefert. Das ist inakzeptabel.
Ich habe rund CHF 170.– bezahlt und weder Ware noch eine klare Auskunft erhalten.
Ich setze Ihnen hiermit eine letzte Frist von 5 Werktagen: Lieferung oder vollständige Rückerstattung.
Danach werde ich den Fall über PayPal eskalieren, meinen Rechtsschutz einschalten und eine Meldung beim Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft SECO einreichen.
Zudem werde ich öffentlich vor Ihrem Shop warnen.
Erwarten Sie keine weiteren Aufforderungen.

My order No. 96326 from February 1st, 2026 has been “in transit” since February 2nd, 2026 and has still not been delivered as of today (March 28th, 2026). This is unacceptable.
I have paid approximately CHF 170 and received neither the goods nor any clear information.
I hereby set a final deadline of 5 working days: delivery or full refund.
After that, I will escalate the case through PayPal, involve my legal protection insurance, and report this matter to the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Switzerland.
I will also publicly warn others about your company.
Do not expect any further reminders.

If I could give this company at zero, I would! Same as everybody else put an order in never received anything and no response to my emails. I’m going to my credit card and taking the payment back. Do not buy from this company! I wish I’d read the review sooner!

Order is now two month overdue. Repeated emails to customer service have no effective response. Request for refund simply ignored. Am told order is on its way and shown tracker which has never moved and productis coming via Russia! Most recent email to supposed founder (Josh) simply ignored but new offers from this company still arriving. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a fleece jacket for £47 in Dec for my MIL Christmas gift.
No order. When I’ve tried to make contact the same tracking message states that there is no tracking info yet their correspondence keeps informing me it’s on its way.
Now the email address is generating an error due to lack of storage space or inactivity! Absolute joke as I’ve just had an email from their ‘founder’ trying to get me to buy more!!!! SCAM

They don’t deserve a star at all. I ordered a coat on 12/3/2025 and still haven’t received it! I’ve sent emails several times . Now it says inbox is full. I BETTER! But they don’t care. Thieves is what they are. Customer support is nonexistent. DON’T BUY HERE! SCAM!!!!

Paid £42 for a jumper on 25/12/25 and it has still not arrived. Sent at least 5 emails(as they don't seem to have a telephone number) and not got a reply.
Do not buy anything from this company.

I made the mistake of ordering from them again. Once I ordered a coat and shirt, and both took 5 months to arrive with little to know communication from the company. The shirt was good, the jacket did not look as advertised.
Ordered from them again and we are now at month 4 of not receiving the order, and the tracking site is listed as expired. Scam company all the way. Never purchase anything from them.

I ordered on November 30th 2025 and I still haven't received my order, and I have emailed many times and all I receive back is it's on its way with a link 17 track website and then you use the tracking number on 17 track website and it put you to other carrier Yun express and that website doesn't give you any updates on shipping. I'm very disappointed and I have requested for a refund and no response from the company.

Do not trust these thieves. I ordered an item on December 30, contacted them seven times that I never received my $50 order. They never replied. Will never order again. A shame as they claim to help the wolf. Total creeps and thieves.

If I could minus 100 I would .My items paid for November 24 /2025 It is now February 17 /2026 .Apparently my tracking number has expired and I've sent numerous emails .No response. I will never trust this company from China .Yep that's where all their product comes from. Helping wolves BS

I ordered a woman's T-shirt on 4th December 2025. I have twice sent emails to their customer support, asking why I haven't received my order, but didn't get a reply. Other than confirming my order, #94304 , I have heard nothing. This would suggest I've been ripped off and I would warn everyone contemplating placing an order to avoid Wolf Mission. I used Paypal, so I will inform them of my experience.

DO NOT BUY from this company it is a scam . I paid £43 for a chunky knit hoodie and received a cheap polyester one with same horse motif. Correspondence with company was appalling, I had to contact Paypal to get a refund.

I ordered a bangle for my granddaughters Xmas nearly 4 months later still not here , several emails later with most of them being ignored I have to believe it's a scam don't buy I don't even rate them one star

I ordered from this company thinking some of the money would go to help wolves. 2 months later I have not received any of my items and no response whatsoever from any of the emails I have sent to them. I have now been told by my sister ITS A SCAM!!
After spending over £80. For Xmas presents I am fuming!! Family have gone without presents on Christmas Day and I am at a loss which I can’t afford.

I'd give zero stars if that was possible. Took more than a month to receive items and they were not as described/pictured. Asked to return and was told I'd have to pay return fees; on average took 1 to 2 weeks and a couple of emails to get them to respond to each message. Finally, they said they'd send me the correct item at no charge; that was 6-8 weeks ago and they have stopped responding to my messages. Horrible customer service and I wonder if any of the money from their cheap Chinese products actually goes to helping wolves. (This began in November and I've given up as of today, Jan 31)
