My credit went down by 89 points

Update: They emailed me back and said my credit will be back to normal and offered me a £30 gift card to remove my review. At the end of my 12 month agreement, my score went down 89 points, looking at several reviews,a lot of people have the same issue. I have opened a formal complaint but months ago I had issues with rent reporting and they took forever to reply and they didn’t really fix my issue, their customer service is not very good. If I had known this would happen I would have never hired them.
