I thought this was a savings credit…
I thought this was a savings credit builder but its simply a way they take your money for 12 months. Not that you will see it. Very disappointed.

Improvement
Wollit is helping me to improve my credit score which is seriously bad and now because of their help and assistance my credit score has gone up a massive improvement compared to 9 months ago

PREVIOUSLY RATED THEM 5 STARS - READ TO SEE WHY IT'S NEGATIVE
I previously rated Wollit 5 stars and have since DELETED that review. Why? Here's why. I did the 12 month Wollit subscription and the first month paying them £7.99, my credit score shot up to excellent!! Went up a little bit after a few more months. I COMPLETED THE 12 MONTHS which was the whole point. Just to point out ALL MY PAYMENTS WERE MADE. Stopped the subscription as my goal was achieved or so I thought. Upon checking my credit file today. Since Wollit has taken my £95.88 over the 12 months and far as I was aware, my credit score would remain as excellent! Uhhhhhh NOPE!!! My credit file dropped 89 points and can you guess WHY? Because I no longer pay Wollit £7.99 a month, but now if you do the subscription again it's £9.99 per month!!!! So basically this is a SCAM and means you will ALWAYS have to pay them monthly on a subscription basis forever to maintain that excellent credit score. Utterly DISGRACEFUL and just no different than any other money hungry company that operates behind a paywall to trap the customer. Ultimately AVOID AT ALL COSTS and on that point - YES it will cost you indefinitely.

3 months later my scoor has boosted to
Experian 428
Clear score 466
TransUnion 588
Whilst not where I need it to quite be deffo an improvement from where it was
Does exactally what they promised they would do

I used Wollit as a credit-building…
I used Wollit as a credit-building service. When my circumstances changed, I contacted Wollit to ask whether my subscription could be paused. I was told that pausing was not an option and that cancellation was the only option available. I was not informed that cancelling would result in the account being reported as partially settled.
After cancelling, my credit file showed the account as partially settled with an outstanding balance, despite all payments being up to date at the time of cancellation. Wollit confirmed in writing that my payments were up to date.
I then reviewed Wollit’s own Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time. These stated that pausing a subscription was possible and that where payments were up to date, the account would be reported as settled. When I raised this with Wollit, they initially stated that pausing was not offered and that the reporting was correct.
After further correspondence, Wollit later acknowledged that the wording I relied on did exist in their Terms and Conditions and stated that the terms were being updated to remove this wording. Despite this, they maintained that the account would remain reported as partially settled.
The issue was only resolved after I raised formal disputes with the credit reference agencies. Following those investigations, the account was corrected and now shows as settled with a £0 balance across all agencies.
While I am pleased the credit file is now accurate, the situation required unnecessary escalation, and the information provided to me at the time did not align with Wollit’s published terms. For a service designed to help improve credit records, this experience significantly affected my confidence in the product.

After 8 months subscription
After 8 months subscription, I have realized that there was no change in my score. When I want to cancel my subscription, Wallet said me that my score would be affected badly. It is unfair. They are forcing me to complete one year. It is obviously USELESS.

Efficient service
I wasn’t so sure how Wollit could help build my credit score but in just one month of subscribing to the service, I’ ve seen a huge improvement in my score. My report is accurate and up to date with all my payments! It’s an extremely efficient service!
