It's the customer service - it's ridiculous
It's the customer service, it's just so awful in so many ways. Like it's designed to wear you down until you give up. And the bloody emojis they use like smiley and prayers hands as they basically tell you they'll be doing literally nothing about your freezing cold food or the melted ice cream with ketchup portions swimming in it but will be keeping all your money. Horrible. It's meant to be a service to help not cause an evening of waiting, being told they are too busy to redeliver, having to throw a load of food away and buy a new dinner elsewhere. Awful.

Food good, delivery catastrophic.
We only ordered 3 dishes. Delivery driver turned up on time but couldn't come to the door because..........his moped didn't have a stand, he had to stay with it to keep it standing up - seriously....... he phoned me and I went down to pick up and pay.
No problem - we laughed and I gave him a good tip which turned out to be a mistake because after taking the bag back upstairs, I opened it and found that one of the (only three, remember?) dishes ordered wasn't there.
So we had to wait for the guy to answer his phone (thank goodness I had his number from the 'I can't get off my bike' phonecall).
Finally, I reached him and eventually he delivered the 33.3% of the order he hadn't handed over on the first try. It took about 20 minutes, so long enough for the rest of the food to congeal.
How can you 'forget' to deliver 1/3 of an order????????
Worst customer service ever.
This has the worst customer service I ever experienced: On delivery, I was charged 7⬠too much since the receipt of the delivery guy did not include a 7⬠discount, which, however, is unambiguously listed on the online receipt.
I contacted support. After the initial bot, a person took over and said hi, so I thought the issue can quickly be solved. Instead I waited for more than an hour, the person never wrote back. Next morning, a different person replied, but the reply made literally no sense. I wrote again, and once more, no response. Absolutely terrible service.
Update: a third person from the support team now came back to me. I was offered the 7⬠in credits. I told her I want them back directly, since I paid too much and thus am entitled to them; and I don't want to order there again. She replied it is impossible. -- This now is illegal behaviour. They acknowledge I was charged too much, but refuse reimbursement, just want to bind me to use their service again.

Upon encountering a payment failure, the system requires one to painstakingly re-enter the entire order, irrespective of its complexity or the number of individuals involved. Similarly, should a store decline the order due to any reason, even if the fault lies within the store's operation, a complete re-entry of the order is mandated. While these procedures might be part and parcel of the platform's operational design, it does create an unfortunate inconvenience for the end-users. I appreciate the potential for improvement in these areas and trust that future iterations of the system will address these concerns. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Robbed of monthly vouchers because of area I live in
They accept funds for promo vouchers, but don't deliver to certain areas, I had to drive down to town to use the so called delivery service. Update, used Bolt, quick service and home delivered, will be deleting wolt, highly recommended Bolt foodð

do not seal the bag with a stapler, someone will swallow them child or animal and you will be upset
in the company of course I do not talk about myself because I no longer receive with the paper bag
find a nice way to close and safe

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, they had us waiting 2 hours for our food. They refused to compensate me on anything and because I refused to pay full amount they took the food back. We lost out on 2 hours of work waiting for there delivery service as we were away from home. Do not reccomend, use Foody instead! This company is a uber eats wannabe but can not offer the service even half as good.

I applied for courier with bicycle in Greece (signed contract) and waited for about one month, but no answer. They didn't answer in wolt partner app (waiting for multiple responses for 30 days!! no answer!), so i reached the wolt support center multiple times. they seem to change my information from bicycle to car (multiple times) so they can give the position wherever they wanted... i did a bad critic, saying that i'm trying to reach "wolt partner" for about a month, but received no answer. then, a guy told me that because of my bad critic, they canceled my contract. afterword's, i received a mail saying that i failed the test, which i passed with 12/14 (10/14 needed), so they could justify their action: cancelling my contract because i did a bad critic saying that i'm trying to reach them in wolt partner for about a month with no response.
