Scam Scam Scam!
I ordered once and following this single transaction, WonderNest has set up an unauthorized Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) on my card without my explicit, informed consent.
Looking at the reviews I am not the first.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before I made this purchase.

I ordered once and they keep sending me products that I haven’t ordered and charging me through my credit card. Scam, avoid

Absolute scam. Ordered once and did not sign up to a subscription and they have continued to take money. Have tried to contact them to cancel this and have had no response. Avoid!

I ordered once and they keep sending me products that I haven’t ordered and charging me through my credit card. I sent them a complaint and have not replied back. What kind of company do such fraud?

I ordered a kids' balance bike from wondernest.co.uk. Delivery was promised within 3–5 working days.
After the payment was taken from my card, I received no delivery confirmation, no shipping information and no updates at all. I waited for the bike, but it was never delivered.

I then tried to find contact details on the website, but there was no phone number, no address and no proper contact information, only a contact form.

I sent multiple messages asking for an update and later requesting a refund. My emails were ignored.

After many attempts, I finally received a reply saying that the bike was out of stock. I paid £50.99, but only £5.99 was refunded to my card.

I am still trying to recover the remaining £45.00, but my emails are again being ignored.

This is how they do business - taking customers' money without supplying the goods they paid for. Avoid this website.
