As an Estate Manager responsible for a Grade 2 listed building it is not easy to find willing craftsman. Ben instilled me with confidence that making and replacing a rotten sash window was a straightforward task. Having met and measured up the window was made and prepared in the workshop to the agreed time scales. Matt worked hard in cold condition managing to repair paint box and cill before fitting the beautifully made new window. Great team and good value. Thank you.

Fabulous front door! Wonderful process!
This is the second time we have used Woodcock Windows after Ben refurbished a sash window for us a few years ago. He was brilliant then and I had no qualms using Woodcock Windows again.
Ben was attentive to our requirements at all stages in the process of creating our front door. Knowledgable and efficient with an amazing eye for detail. He absolutely went the extra mile, making us a bespoke front door in keeping with the existing original doors on our street, right down to using special cutters to replicate the unusual mouldings. He has a great relationship with Art with Glass who made the stained glass for us - another great process & excellent communication all round.
Matt who fitted the door was also courteous efficient, tidy and paid great attention to detail.
All in all it has been a great experience. We would highly recommend!

We had five sash windows that needed some TLC, Ben & Matt compelted the work on time, to cost and with zero fuss, he made the whole thing very easy.

Ben was a pleasure to work with. We wanted a new front door and window frame to accommodate some pieces of bespoke stained glass. Ben helped us with every step of the design and created a bespoke door and fanlight window that looks absolutely beautiful and does justice to the glass.

What a difference the windows have made. The craftsmanship and the finish of the windows are both exceptional. Ben and Matt were a delight to have around and took great care and pride in all aspects of the work they did. They respected our views and our home. Ben and Matt’s windows are pieces of art. The windows have transformed our house, and the chaps were lovely to have round. Couldn’t have a better experience.

If you want high quality windows, then this is the company to use. Yes, we had to wait a long time between original visit for quote and actual install - but that shows how busy they are (and they're busy without cutting back on quality).
The delay is definitely worth it - our two new sets casement windows are a better match to the house than the ones they replace, and are perfectly fitting.
We chose Woodcock due to their use of Accoya (I work in the property industry, so know the trials and tribulations of "normal" timber windows) - and these windows have stayed true to shape and dimension, with no problems opening them at all.
The installation by Matt was as minimally disruptive as possible, and the making good was amazing!
We will be asking them back to replace more windows in the future, definitely.

Ben replaced several windows in two houses within our family. The craftsmanship is excellent and Ben replicated our original windows exactly, even including our own supplier for stained glass windows. The fitting (by the lovely Matt!) was superb and there have been no problems with either the windows or the fitting since the work started nearly a year ago.
Both Ben and Matt were really easy to work with, very friendly and knowledgable, and we've had them back to do all the windows in our family houses now! Thanks both!

Ben was recommended to me by a company who could not help. I only wanted the Sash's replaced not the sash and Box.
Ben came to the house and inspected the window. Offering advise on the best way forward and what needed to be done.
After placing the order and prior to works commencing, Ben was in regular contact updating me on progress and likely availability / installation date.
Once on site his operative was prompt, courteous, polite and left the room clean and tidy upon completion.
