I found Ben through a recommendation from another window maker who couldn't help me. Ben is a perfectionist when it comes to making windows, and the quality of my windows is certainly perfect! They're far superior to the original timber windows, fit like a dream and even have all the original fittings like I wanted. Thanks Ben!

We only had a small job for Woodcock Sash Windows,
(Replacement sash cord & pulley) but received very courteous service and good communication from them.
Definitely would use them again.

My Victorian property was needing full replacement of two completely different types of window. Both new windows are simply lovely and much smarter! I was referred to Ben by another company that advised that he was the only person they would recommend to repair/replace my windows. The job was not easy with original features and suspect looking wood to work around and the advice Ben provided was incredibly useful. After the job was spec'd up by Ben it was Matt that carried out the works and I am pleased to say they are both as professional, friendly and reliable as each other. Ben was a superstar. The weight mechanism broke, and the top section got completely stuck open in the dead of freezing winter. After calling several companies who had zero availability, I was referred to Ben and he moved his schedule around to fix it - and fix it perfectly. I'm planning to replace windows and Ben will be my first port of call!

Ben did an excellent job replacing a door (in keeping with the style of associated sash windows and other doors). Good quality, honest advice, fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Ben was so different from any other tradesperson I have worked with from the very beginning: super responsive, clear, no pressure and timely in his responses. When we weren’t sure if we might need planning permission, he walked me through the processes and offered additional guidance. In carrying out the work (while I was heavily pregnant) he was kind, accommodating (even when I had things I was unnecessarily worried about!), super friendly and efficient with superb attention to detail. The dog also loved him, which is a big tick in my book! Really nice, reliable and trustworthy to have around the house - always arrived exactly when he said he would. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I have already recommended him to others on my road, and he has saved us the world in heating bills and rattling windows while having our older property’s windows in a conservation area look exactly as they looked before. In any follow up communication he has again been quick, helpful, friendly and responsive.

It was a pleasure to work with Ben in the complete replacement of a sash window. From the start, Ben was professional and tidy and produced an amazing final product. When he heard we had just had a newborn baby, he went above and beyond to keep noises levels to a minimum and kept us informed of any periods where power tools were going to be used. The quality and craftsmanship was excellent and I would definitely recommend Ben for future projects.

Ben did an incredible job on the windows in our period property in a conservation area. Our windows and door are amazing! Ben replaced our old victorian sash windows and patio doors and you wouldn't know the difference. We have had so many lovely comments from those walking by seeing Ben at work. Our house is so much warmer, and quieter! Dealing with Ben was so easy and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his product. Ben is hardworking, tidy and conscientious. We can honestly say it was a pleasure having Ben in our home for the week. BRILLIANT. Ben and Kieran have transformed my house with the most beautiful folding doors and apex glazing to match. They have also repaired and replaced sash windows which now look fantastic. The doors and apex glazing were a large, non-standard item which required a really considered design and technical process. Ben showed great expertise and professionalism, liaising with our architect, builder and structural engineer. To top it all off, they are really lovely people. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WSW Ltd to anybody. I am so grateful to them.

Couldn’t be happier with the refurbishment of a window. Ben made the process very easy from the first assessment through to completion of the work. We are delighted with the work. Ben and Kieran renovated the sash windows throughout our house. New double glazed windows in the existing casements. All the woodwork was renovated and repainted. Ben was really helpful thought the process and the work was completed on time and the work is excellent. They were both a pleasure to have in our house. Ben Woodcock and Kieran Hales refurbished two sash windows and replaced one casement window in my house. Ben is very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly during his first visit. He recommended everything that needed to be done without suggesting expensive but unnecessary work. At every stage they were punctual and reliable and also helpful with extra little things that needed to be done. Their workmanship is excellent and I am very happy with the new windows. The work was carried out and finished on schedule. They are also very friendly and nice to have around. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ben was absolutely wonderful!
Our sash windows were badly in need of refurbishment and Ben was one of the of the only people we found willing to refurbish rather than replace these windows, dating back to 1790! He did a fabulous job and even helped us to open a window that hadn’t been able to open in years! He also uncovered some secret shutters along the way!!
He was very knowledgeable and meticulous to detail and was very neat throughout, with no debris/dust/mess left at any stage.
It was lovely having Ben’s company during the process too - he was very friendly, but also attentive to our work schedules and kept noise to a minimum.
We would highly recommend Ben and would call him again in future if some of our other doors/windows need some work.
