I have written this once already
I have written this once already, a few days and hit send. I found the first blade immediately dull and had to overload the feed to enable cutting; it also wandered off line . After five minutes, I changed to another new blade , that was no better. As I said previously, I am not a critical person by nature and I have been a professional teacher and cabinet maker for well over 40 years , so I do know how machines and blades should cut . I bought £100 worth of new blades but fear that they will not be with me for long before I go to a new supplier. My last batch lasted me well over four years. Sorry to say , I am very disappointed

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, particularly given your extensive professional background. This is certainly not the standard we expect from our bandsaw blades.
Performance issues like this are often linked to factors such as blade selection, machine setup, or application, but we would very much like to review this properly with you and find the root cause. Please contact us directly via our website chat or email with your order details, and we’ll work with you to resolve this — whether that’s advice, replacement, or another suitable solution.
We appreciate your honest feedback and the opportunity to put this right.

The good and the poor
I’ve only given 3 stars despite the products being very good as I found communication very poor. I tried to make contact by phone, messages left on an answering machine and by email but received no response to my query, although I continued to receive notifications regarding their products.
