Mistakes happen but solutions count
Ordered three blades of the same size.
Received two correct and one too short. Emailed the problem and received a prompt and positive response apologising for the error and and confirming a replacement had been sent by next day delivery. 24 hours later all was well again.

Almost 2 weeks after ordering a bandsaw , Royal Mail were responsible for the delay
I have now been advised that the delay in receiving my order. Was caused by the courier. This is why I have updated my review.

Didn't process the order as advised and only did actually process it when chased a week later. No communication, phone line isnt answered, generally poor

Still not received my order I purchased on the 1 of the month sent 3 emails no response from the company not impressed at all would not recommend them no offer of a refund

Never received the item (bandsaw…
Never received the item (bandsaw blades). Contacted them to ask why or provide an accurate tracking link but never received a reply. In the end, i applied to PayPal for a refund / charge-back.
