We took delivery of an 'Elite' tub in February 2021. We quickly found that there was a fault with the mechanism that secures the flue to the heater and it took Woodpecker 3 months to deliver a replacement. Luckily on that occasion we were able to use the tub in the meantime so didn't suffer any downtime without it. Then on 11 October 2021 I reported to Woodpecker that the tub no longer holds water (it uncontrollably drains completely and rather quickly). They identified that we need a new heater and promised to replace it under warranty. That was almost 2 months ago and I'm still waiting. They said they were going to fix it last weekend but nobody turned up and no one has been in touch. They often don't respond to messages. Woodpecker's hot tubs are lovely when working so I'd love to be able to recommend them but their aftersales service is poor in my experience, so bear that in mind if you're contemplating buying from them. I've had no use of my tub for 2 months and I don't currently know if/when I'll be able to use it again.
