The description of the shirt I purchased said cotton and polyester blend. The shirt I received is total polyester, very thin and slick. It is not like a normal cotton t-shirt. I am very disappointed, but since it is for a gift, I do not have time to purchase another one. It was also on the expensive side for this poor quality. I will not be shopping your company again.

You sent the anniversary gift I ordered from you for my girlfriend to the wrong address, and you have not refunded my money. I will tell everyone I know to avoid your products until you make this right. - Jonathan S.

Received my keychain with my late husbands picture but date of his dealth was wrong. Can it be replaced with correct date?

I bought the key key ring portraits memorial and it’s starting to peel up. I have to keep gluing the photo down. It’s not staying.

Do NOT buy from Woohops. They use false advertising to attract you to buy from them.
I ordered three customized Christmas ornaments from them.
1) I received three ornaments and a marker. They did not customize the Ornaments. Not even the year. When I e-mailed them about it, they sent me a picture of the ornament with a marker and DIY written on it. I sent them their ordering procedures which tell them where I want the names and description to go so there is no misunderstanding that the ornaments were to be customized. Then they gave me two options:
a) Mail the ornaments back to them on my own dime, and they will refund me the payment after they deduct the mailing fee for sending the ornaments to me. Or
b) Give me 30% discount. I do not want a discount. I want what I purchased.
I was forced to take the discount as returning the ornaments will cost me about 18.00 and I get nothing... The refund was about $23.00.
2) And for the quality of the ornaments, each one is not the same. One looks like the one I ordered and the other two are of leaser quality.
3) This is a minor issue but still very annoying. They sent me a tracking number before they even put the order together. When I asked them why my order was not picked up by the shipper for over a week, they told me to be patient; then they mailed the ornaments 10 days later. Very confusing. Why send a tracking number before the ordered is fulfilled.
The only good thing I can think of them is they do reply your e-mail.

I ordered a custom Christmas ornament from this company that cost $28. It took two months for it to be delivered and I got a cheap plastic ornament and a permanent marker so I can write whatever I want on it and customize it.

And their website advertises that they are Vancouver British Columbia company, which is not true. It is a fully China based company that you cannot contact directly.

My ring was fine for about a week then all of a sudden it started looking discolored and turned my finger green...very poor product

Stars!! Order a bracelet for my girlfriend 3 months later no bracelet, contacted support, they re-ordered it for me, 2 months later still no bracelet, demanded a refund, they want to charge me $5 because it’s a custom piece! Right a custom piece I never got, twice! What a joke! Sc big time!!

They let me know when they have shipped my order. How many days it will take to get to me and I have a tracking number so I can keep track. I love the merchandise I get. Thank you so much.

It was fast and easy creating my key chain. I can’t wait to see it.

The process of ordering was very easy. Just typed in the names of each person you want on the ornament. I also liked being able to view the ornament before I placed the order.

I received the t shirt and it’s awful!!! The material is silky not t shirt material! It’s very small and the stitching is coming apart! Definitely don’t recommend!

I ordered 3x t-shirt and sweatshirt. Neither were 3x in size. The material is NOT t-shirt or sweatshirt. Its a shiny, hot, slinky crap I hate. I ordered t-shirt material and sweatshirt, so I thought. Not happy. I can't even give them to anyone as they are personalized. Very very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I ordered a ring as a memorial to my husband, who passed away on 9/28/24. The size was not correct, and the years of his passing was also wrong. What I thought was going to be a tribute ended up a big disappointment.

16 days since you had my money, and the status is still shipping information received.

They sent me a damaged (because of how they packaged it) piece of garbage print and refused to take it back. Offered me a 10% refund.

I emailed you after ordering. I have wrong names on my order. Please cancel and I will reorder.
