I realized after I sent the order in that I had the wrong date. Contacted their customer service and they emailed me back right away to say they were able to fix it.

If I could give an even lower rating, I definitely would! The advertisement that I fell in love with was a beautiful brown cabin in amongst trees and a snowy background. The front lawn was covered with 9 snowmen all personalized with your family's names. It looked like a ceramic figure with beautiful colors! What I finally received was a thin piece of wood with a thin stand to prop it up with. It was a painted version of what I just described and the wording of the names on the snowmen and the house was blurry and some so small it was unreadable! I contacted customer service and requested a refund. After numerous emails back and forth, and no phone number given to me when I requested one, I was offered a 10% refund first, then a 30% refund next and finally a 50% refund that would go no higher. I could file a complaint and go through tons of paperwork I was told by my credit card company. I decided it wasn't worth all the time and energy. I am so disappointed! I will never order from a company like this again!

Still waiting for my package. It stated it would arrive by Christmas. Not even close. I messaged for a refund, and got no response. All I got was out will be here in a week. That week has passed. NOW YOUR ADVERTISING IT CHEAPER ON LINE as a last minute Christmas idea.
Christmas is next week you know. Any concept of time or a calendar? First and last time shopping here. Complete scam.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Company placed my grandmothers name on the grandfathers head and the grandfathers name on the female. When I requested it to be corrected, I was told that there was nothing that they would do, that it was my fault, and for their ”goodwill” they would provide a 10% discount. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and lack of attention. At least now, I will forever have a transgender ornament that will remind to never do business with this company again! Most definitely ruined our gift for our grandparents.

Easy to order , affordable

This is the third ring I have bought,I love them.

I checked the size chart before ordering and ordered a 4xl but when the top arrived the size measured a large. The fabric also appeared cheap and nasty. Very disappointing considering the price in Australian dollars was nearly $60 and only arrived on 14 December 2024. What a waste of money.

i like the ring icould not figure out howto put the personalization on the ring i sent an email about it and have not heard back from anyone about it, hard to get ahold of customer service or get help

I ordered this n it might have been a scam. Cause it's saying unavailable product after purchase. N now my order number is not working either. N they charged me 39.00 but my email said 40.77. so now I have to wait for pending purchase to go through before I can dispute the charge. However I hope it's not a scam n I get it. It's for my mom. My dad passed away 2 yrs ago.
