Updated Review on 01/09/26: Updating my review because I now believe this company is actively filtering out negative feedback. I’ve tried multiple times over the past couple of weeks to leave the same review below on their website, and it has never been posted. The product I purchased and attempted to review shows 20 reviews — all of them 5 stars — which seems highly unlikely. It appears they only publish positive reviews and hide anything critical. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are plenty of other businesses offering similar products, and I’ll be choosing one of them next time.

Original Review Posted on 12/20/25: I recently ordered an ornament from Woohops and had an issue with the quality of the image. The photo printed much darker than the one I uploaded, to the point that you couldn’t really make out the couple’s faces. When I reached out to customer service to see if they could lighten the image, the initial response was to offer a 10% refund, which didn’t feel like a reasonable solution. After some back‑and‑forth, they did agree to remake the ornament using a different photo. I appreciated that they ultimately chose to stand behind their product and make it right. The experience wasn’t perfect, but they did follow through, and the replacement reflected the quality I was expecting.

I ordered a personalized birthstone ring. Took them forever to ship to me. Then one of the stones fell out in a matter of a few weeks. I reached out to them for assistance and they emailed me back asking for photos. I took the photos and sent them with screenshots of my order, but suddenly their email address “cannot receive mail”. I tried multiple times and the support@woohops is just seemingly disabled. I tried to reach out again directly through the website and have been ignored. Definitely not worth the money and the long wait for a product that just falls apart.

Absolutely a fraud. I made an order, they charge to my credit card and “made the shipment”, three days later, “the transport company” returned the product to the warehouse without news, Woohops doesn’t respond to my mails and neither returns the money. WACHOUT!

This company is a total ripoff. They are thieves, and should be taken off the Internet. They sell you a product that looks nothing like they advertise, on their site. The item O ordered looked like wood, that was done in 3D configuration. What I received, was a flat piece of plastic, with no character at all. They don't have any morals, integrity or human decency.

I’m trying to reach out to this company. I ordered an item on Dec 2. Their tracking appears to be non-existence. Waiting for an email response. I have not obtained any info on shipping, expected arrival, etc. wish I would not have ordered. $48 down the drain

The item I purchased from you was never received.
Hence, I will give you the worse reference/review that I can make.

Absolutely terrible cheap crap then try to get refund they don't answer so disgusted I spend 58.00 on two Christmas ornaments they look like something you'd buy for 1.99 do not order from this company trust me it's terrible

I would give a zero but the lowest is a 1. Received an email one day after order on 12/2, saying order is on the way. All tracking numbers show no updates except seller has processed your order. Today, I sent an email to support and received a permanent error.

I ordered a personalized Cfristmas ornament in 12/1/25 and it is now the 13th and I still don’t have the item it left New Jersey two days ago and I live in Maryland. Why would somebody want a Christmas ornament after Christmas. I hate the tracking system they use and when you click on something it takes you to the app that wants you to buy it to track the package don’t order from this company although the ornament looks cute if I get it in the mail and it’s a piece of crap. I’ll be so angry.

Ordered a pair of pajama bottoms on November 15th and still have not received them - today is Dec 11. No communication - no tracking number - i tried to email them several days ago with no response. I spent $46 in this Christmas gift and feel scammed. Now they have my payment info and everything. Be wary of this site!!!

Size of both the items ordered as misleading in your ads. Will never order from you again

Extremely Disappointed – No Product, No Refund, No Response

I placed an order with Woohops for what was supposed to be a meaningful, sentimental product. Unfortunately, I never received anything I paid for.

I reached out multiple times asking for a refund, and no proof of delivery. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something, never receive it, and then be ignored when requesting a refund.

Regardless of the price, it’s the principle. Customers deserve communication, transparency, and honesty. My experience with Woohops has been the opposite.
I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Until they address their customer service and refund issues, I cannot recommend them.

I ordered a drum ornament with a name - paid full price for the largest one. On line it shows as 3D but it is not - just a flat ornaement. Extremely disapointing.

Ordered what appeared to be a nice personalized ceramic piece showing an old couple. 5hought it wo7ld be a keepsake. What I received was a cheap fiver board with an image on it. Possibly worth. 0ne dollar ($ 1) at most but it cost $37.

Ordered on November 7th and it’s now December 2 with no update to where this item is. Mind you, this is a Christmas ornament. Customer support claims it was lost in transit but they still don’t have an ETA on delivery. This feels of fraud especially since priority shipping was purchased. I’d avoid ordering from here. Who knows maybe 1 day the item shows…if not I’ll submit a cancel and report fraud to my credit card.

Misleading, misrepresented. The add shows a personalized ornament that looks like a multi dimensional Christmas box/bow with persons image on it. received them. Just a small flat piece of plastic. Colors were also dull. Paid $50.00 for 2 with shipping. Might be worth $10.00 each.

I ordered a ring for my daughter, checked out, took a screenshot of my order #. I have been tracking but they said they didn’t have any order from me. I have checked my account luckily do not see where it was charged. Bad web site.

SCAM!!! I’m so disappointed and these people are frauds. The ornament I got was a flat piece of printed plastic, NOT 3D and NOTHING like the picture! Don’t waste your money!

I made a mistake and ordered an item I didn't need. I emailed the support team and they came back to me within 24 hours and cancelled the item. I received a refund within 48 hours. I am delighted with the great customer service I received. I will definitely buy again from Woohops. Many thanks Sherry and team.
