Absolutely dreadful company, ordered a personalised fridge magnet got a sticker that was much smaller than the size it was meant to be, provided evidence to company who thought offering me a 15% refund for an item that was not what was described. Total rip off

Got my order today. Very disappointed in the quality. The item looked nice but was made very cheaply. Cost me $60 Canadian. Would not order that product again.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the tree ornament for the amount they charged. I am almost embarrassed to give it to them as a gift.

The personalised names on the Christmas ornament are all different sizes, some big and others really small. Makes it look unprofessional and a bit silly.

To leave a review on their website, it needs to be reviewed by them. Doubt they will allow my negative review.

What is shown in the advert is not what you receive. I ordered my custom Baby's First Christmas Ornament, Moon Acrylic Keepsake and was totally dissapointed. In the advertisement they show ornament to be 3D however I received a flat acrylic ornament that looks cheap and nasty and paid $36 + shipping costs. Very unethical and unprofessional.

The website shows a BEAUTIFUL wood creation with perfect gold lettering. The product is an ACRYLIC piece that I wouldn't have paid $1.25 for at Dollar Tree.
STOP Please! One customer had all her Ornaments arrive together and was charged separate freight charges. You will be much happier & less frustrated if you just put the cash through a shredder 🫤

I ordered a baby's 1st xmas ornament. My grandson is Franklin but it says Fletcher. This company does not refund. It is a rip off.

Save your money

It took weeks to come, which is fine. But oh my gosh, the quality is TRASH. The little pieces of wood you get in Walmarts art supplies isle is triple better quality than this thin, flimsy, piece of junk to be 100% honest.

I ordered my product over two weeks ago and the website says that the order is still being processed. Very disappointed in this company. If not shipped in the next couple days, I will cancel my credit card charge

I received all the ornaments together in one box which was nice but I was charged for separate shipping fees which is a problem. I think I should be reimbursed for some of the shipping fees that I had paid

Ordered personalized item and did not get what I ordered. They sent the exact copy of what was pictured on their site. Would never use this vendor again -- very misleading!
