If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a canvas print of my first date location. It showed up almost 2 months later and it was completely ruined. The canvas it wrinkled, bent and frayed. It honestly looks like a kindergarten class made this and a day care class shipped it. It's not worth giving as a gift to someone you care about. I could give it as a gag gift? Something we could make fun of but not worth the emotional meaning it was bought to convey. It's absolutely terrible

Great product and service

I didnt receive my package I reached out to the company they said check with my post office I did, my post office didn’t deliver it . They still have said who delivered my package it was stolen , They put it outside my front door.

Ordering was very easy and your site shows many interesting products and features that could help in future orders.

The only downside for me was the inability to insert his dob to dod. Those dates are now of great significance to me.

Good site. Easy to navigate. Sizing is always a challenge. Unfortunately there does not appear to be any universal measurement for men’s sizing. That was always the case for women. The more expensive the item the smaller the size.

I never received my ring

Still never received my ring it was special gift I paid express shipping yet never received it, can't even get a refund because I can't contact no one 🤦‍♀️😠

This companies complaint procedures are shit, I ordered a picture said they delivered it and yes they did but not to me and 2 weeks of emails back and forwards and I have photo evidence of my address and they have photo evidence of someone else address and I’m still waiting for this matter to be resolved so who’s stupid because it’s not me.

Was very easy to choose what I wanted for my ring in memory of my mother

It's been almost a month since my first purchase and still have not received my item. Can't believe you all are still in business.

I had a very good experience

I bought this ring from them. Once the rhinestone came out. I reported it they re-sent me out another ring for one day, and the rhinestone still popped out. The support system asked me if I can superglue the rhinestones back in that I cannot find because I was unaware that they fell out the quarterly of jewelry is poor and I’m very unsatisfied and they’re refusing to do anything besides give me 10% off my next purchase.

I was happy with the ring itself. I wasn’t happy with the sizing. I normally wear a size 6, but the ring was too small and would only dit my pinky finger. I have reordered a much bigger size. :(

It was great and came when it was auppose to. I needed to buy another because the size was that stretchy material which makes it tight. Ordering new shirt because of the size.
