Just happened to come across woolbox because I was using Google to find a certain yarn to purchase. Wool box offered several balls in one order which was ideal for what I needed. Easy check out and fairly quick delivery (considering I'm in the Highlands and some companies make it more complicated than it needs to be )
Quite please with woolbox and will most definitely will use again if they have what I need !

Fantastic service, amazing range of yarns, patterns, buttons etc. Highly recommend this site and the store is amazing too, huge ranges for all crafts, not just knitters.

The website was extremely user friendly, prices were competitive and delivery super fast. I'd been told how great the Scheepjes Chunky Monkey yarn was, but I really wasn't prepared for how soft it feels and how amazing it is to crochet with. I'm completely obsessed with it!!

The I purchased was good and it was a good price. 1 of the colours I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, I emailed them when I realised, but fortunately they had dispatched it but told me I could return it and gave me the link, this was very helpful and I got a full refund. Very please with with the speed that they answer my question and very pleased with result 😀.

Received the wool and downloaded the pattern no problem. Obviously not finished the blanket but made a start and the wool is knitting up great

I only just found this company and what a wonderful introduction to them. The most fantastic WYS 4 ply yarn in great colours at unbelievable prices. The exquisite yarn knits up beautifully and I now have enough to keep me busy through the long winter evenings, and with very little impact on my pension as a bonus!

Excellent customer service. I was interested in knitting the Daydream blanket but had a query. I received an immediate reply. Subsequently I was going away and they happily delayed the delivery and sent it on the day requested. Couldn’t ask for more.

Order arrived but one ball of wool wrong colour. Emailed Woolbox who apologised and sent the correct colour at no extra cost.
