The order arrived quicker than expected. Sadly the Stylecraft yarn showed knots and felted areas on several balls. Because of this I asked to return the order for a refund and this was easily facilitated by Heather. Woolbox customer service is far better than many other companies. It wasn't their fault that the yarn did not meet the quality I expect.
I would still recommend Woolbox to my knitter friends because of their helpfulness.

I had over 1200 Woolbox points saved from previous orders, and when Woolbox had a sale of James C Brett chunky yarn, It was the perfect opportunity to restock and use my Woolbox points. I easily found the yarn I wanted - the website is very user-friendly - checkout was quick and straightforward, and my parcel arrived within a few days. The range of yarns offered, plus excellent prices, make Woolbox one of my favourite sites.

Easy to use app. First time ordering, bought a well know yarn brand at a very good price. Delivery was prompt. Will use again when I have used the yarn that I have bought and will recommend to others

Lovely easy website to navigate. There was a good offer on Emu essential cotton yarn so I decided to give it a try. It's knitting up as stated in the description so so far, so good.
Postage was reasonable and it arrived my Royal Mail tracked.

Despite having paid extra for a quicker delivery on 2nd June 2025, I have not received the wool that I ordered even thought you have taken my money.
Therefore as the leader of a knitting / crochet club I would advise my friends not to use your company

Yarn as expected, very nice thank you but delivery took longer than expected. Ordered on a Sunday, didn’t receive until the following Friday.

I was thrilled with the range of yarn available. I was equally impressed with the Woolbox own range. I purchased the Lullaby Baby anti-pilling dk and it is gorgeous. It crochets up a treat with brilliant stitch definition. The prices are very reasonable and orders are despatched promptly. They arrive well packaged.
I placed a second order for the Emu Funfair and it arrived in a timely manner. The yarn is so squishy and delightful to crochet with.

Easy process to order. I could find what needed on the easy index for the yarn required great choice of wool.
Good company to order from kept me updated on my order of yarn and arrived in plenty of time.
